Good location, but interior is dated.

It's a nice hotel service is ok.

I work down stairs in a store.

This is in the heart of the town between many jewel shops. It can give you wife a heart attack, very busy streets in the day until 5pm and a ghost town at nights. With many food places around.

The Beachfront rooms have a great view of the cruise ships and the sliding doors makes up for not having a dedicated balcony. The bathroom looks like it was renovated recently nice and clean. They also offered complimentary Wi-Fi and breakfast; which consisted of Coffee, Orange juice, croissants, and sweet raisin rolls.

Overlooking Lovely beach but didn't have food and if you didn't get down in morning at 7.30. Coffee qousent gone, we were both poorly and couldn't get out of room to go get food else were, staff new and didn't bother to ask if we needed anything like tea bags or coffee, and cost us 200 dollars a night.

Definitely don't recommend this place. Rooms are big and nice, and the location is great during the day when ships are visiting however off season and at night the city closes down. The staff at the desk are not that friendly either.

The large rooms have excellent view, very good location. Does not have a restaurant.

This was our first experience at this Hotel and we loved it. The staff especially Mr. Ramesh was very helpful and pleasant not to mention very handsome. The hotel was clean, spacious and very conveniently located. It is situated in the heart of the shopping area. The beach is on your door step as it is just one minute walk from the hotel. Barefoot restaurant is a few minutes away and the meals are delicious and affordable. We will definitely be returning very soon and bringing more guest. One of the most beautiful thing about the room is the sea view, beautiful blue seas and all the cruise ships as they come in.

The good thing about this place was that it had A/C, kitchenette, and a pretty ocean view where all the boats come in at (which gives limited area to swim). There is a catholic church next door that my husband and I would wake up to singing (loved that). The office to the Horizon View Hotel was accommodating and polite. Our trip was October 19-26, which was off season. There are TONS of shopping stores around (mainly jewelry) 4 of which are below the hotel. Everyone was very friendly! There are tons of taxi's, but found out at the end of trip they have buses which is much much cheaper. If we ever go back we would probably stay at the Divi resorts which is about 1 mile away from this hotel and can be seen from the window of the horizon hotel. There is really good snorkeling right off of Divi resorts. And we ate at several good places. Ram Indian restaurant down the ally of the horizon hotel. It's not spicy at all, but great flavor. The Lord Shefield has a great sunset cruize. On the french side there by the Fort Lewis there is a patch of restaurants, Le Gout Restaurant was really good as well. All in all, we had a blast on the trip.
