We had a wedding room, one of the most expensive. We have booked for the month. Offered prepayment, but the prepayment is refused, explaining that in their program the Deposit is not provided. Payment is due on the day of settlement. Two weeks before the booked date, we phoned the administrator and named another date of your reservation. Only after arrival at the hotel, and long conversations with the Manager we have confirmed our arrival date, displacing at the same time in another room. Two days before the dates of the reservation we called again and told the receptionist to leave the room we need at 8 in the morning, because the next guests had paid for our room from 9 am. After a day of talks with senior administrators and managers of this hotel we were offered to move into our Bridal room, and at 8 in the morning to move to a different, inappropriate for us functions. As other hotels on the required date were busy, we had to agree to their terms. Pre-wedding and wedding the mood was very much spoiled. The sediment was bad from here. So much negative emotions for the money we have not received anywhere else. Choosing the most expensive room in the hotel, I thought that we would treat with great respect, I am very much mistaken. On their wedding night, I moved from one room to another. And by the way, when I asked about early check in, I refused. Although I was also ready to pay for it.
