Tyumen Region Hotels with a Parking

The best place on earth, come here too, it’s very beautiful, there are places to take a walk, there’s a very beautiful river nearby.

You need to live one or two days of your life in this hotel. I have never seen such a hotel anywhere. We are very pleased.

This is my first time staying at DTree. Previously lived in the Hamptons. There is nothing to complain about globally.

The hotel is quite normal, but does not reach 4*. The rooms are clean, large, the staff is adequate, the hotel has a good location.
Breakfast is so-so. A 4* hotel should have better and tastier food.

The hotel is located in the city center: 3 minutes from the pedestrian street, 15 minutes from the embankment. Everything is close.

Good hotel relatively price quality. Breakfast buffet, good choice. Rooms are big, not stuffy even without air conditioning.

The hotel is in a great location if your goal is to visit the hot springs. So it suited me perfectly. The hotel also has an excellent value for money.

Large, clean room. We arrived a little early and were allowed to leave our luggage until check-in and the next day until check-out.

A small hotel near a church, relatively close to the historical center.

We stayed for two nights, everything was fine) The room is a bit small, but there was enough space for us. If the windows overlook the yard, it can be noisy.

Good Wi-Fi, good sound insulation, hot and cold water cooler on the floor, smart TV.
Shower is small, periodic fluctuations in water temperature while taking a shower.

The location is within walking distance of the historic center.
The friendly receptionist and maid helped us quickly change our room after we encountered problems with the door lock upon check-in.

Overall, I liked the hotel, the location is excellent, everything worked in the room, cleaning was done every day, which surprised and pleased me — towels were changed every day!

It's a nice pay to relax in hot springs and various spa procedures although a little overpriced and sometime a little overcrowded in a pool.

The hostel is located within walking distance of the historic center, on the second floor of a printing house. It's cozy and bright inside.

Excellent hostel, location, service, cleanliness, comfortable mattress, slept well. I was lucky, I was the only guest at the time, it felt like they built it just for me. I would stay for life.

The cafe is quite good, you can eat well. But… the tables are not wiped, you have to clear the dishes yourself, and there is nowhere to put them, because no one picks them up.

The hotel is located in a private sector, but the center is nearby. We came for a walk. Everything was very convenient for us. You can get everywhere pretty quickly.

We flew from Moscow for the January holidays to swim (we lived in the city).
Intuitively we chose this place and are very happy!

For me, the location is convenient, the final 83 route, which is convenient to get to the railway station. And also stops 45, 50, 84, 91 routes. The hospital complex is within walking distance.

Hello! I visited Tyumen three times, in July 2025 and once in September 2025. I stayed exclusively at the Tyumen Time Hotel during this time.

Great place, great location, cozy room, attentive staff.
The room was clean and had everything you need.

It's a wonderful place. I came with my husband, who's a landscape designer, and even he appreciated the interior and praised the staff. Overall, it's a wonderful place.

We came to the city for a couple of days for the competition, and we loved everything! It was clean, the staff was helpful, and most importantly, great value for money!

We chose Lastochka because it was close by, as we had little time to travel to a sanatorium in another region.

My spring break fell on a cold day, so I decided to dedicate some time to my health. Ozone therapy was a real revelation – my skin felt fresher and I felt better.

For a hostel in a small town, it's pretty good. We booked the largest room, and despite the windows facing the road, it was quiet.

It was on our way, we didn't have to go anywhere and waste time. There is a Magnit store nearby that works late if you need to buy supplies for the road.
The room was very clean.
