Hotels in Tyumen Region with Breakfast

I vacationed with my family and loved everything. The staff was polite, showed us around, and I especially liked Yulia, a very nice and sweet girl. The lunches were affordable.

Great hotel. Everything is very clean. The rooms, appliances, plumbing, and furniture are all in excellent condition. It was a very comfortable stay. The staff is polite and pleasant.

My recent trip to Tyumen was very comfortable thanks to my stay at the "Hotel England" on Respubliki Street.
Location: This is undoubtedly one of the main advantages.

An excellent hotel in terms of quality and location. Competent staff, prompt resolution of problems and conflicts. My husband and I decided to stay at this hotel for the first time.

The location is perfect—right in the city center. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's incredibly clean. The bed is comfortable, and there's a closet, hangers, towels, and a hairdryer.

Good afternoon! We stayed with a friendly group of girls from October 3rd to 5th, 2025. We loved the hotel, the rooms were gorgeous, and we lived like royalty (we booked the comfort suite).

I was lucky enough to visit Tyumen in the summer. I chose this hotel because I needed to stay in this particular area. I stayed in an apartment-style room.

Great hotel, I stayed there with my family!
Well-appointed rooms and pleasant saunas.
Thank you for your hospitality.

Overall, everything is fine. The rooms are cozy and have everything you need. The location is perfect for me. I think it's the best option within a 20 km radius.

I'm very disappointed with the room. The beds are broken, the linens aren't updated, and everything is worn out.

Nice hotel. There is a restaurant, we had breakfast there. Breakfasts are good.
There was nowhere to hang and dry towels and swimsuits. At least they could rent a dryer.

The hotel is conveniently located — the city center, pedestrian street, cafes, shops are within walking distance. We checked into the room early in the morning — at about 3 o'clock.

The hotel is quite normal, but does not reach 4*. The rooms are clean, large, the staff is adequate, the hotel has a good location.
Breakfast is so-so. A 4* hotel should have better and tastier food.

The hotel is located in the city center: 3 minutes from the pedestrian street, 15 minutes from the embankment. Everything is close.
The room has high ceilings, which adds space and air.

Hello! I visited Tyumen three times, in July 2025 and once in September 2025. I stayed exclusively at the Tyumen Time Hotel during this time.

Great place, great location, cozy room, attentive staff.
The room was clean and had everything you need.
I recommend it!

This is my first time staying at DTree. Previously lived in the Hamptons. There is nothing to complain about globally.

Great location, in the city center. Near the embankment and all central streets.
Excellent 4* hotel.

Guys, we stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of February 2024. It is a small hotel with small rooms, a small reception and a small parking lot.

The room was clean — this is perhaps the only plus.
• Unpleasant odor wandering between the room, corridor and stairs. Like in grandma's closet.

A beautiful apartment in the very center of the city. It's a modern and stylish residential complex. A special plus is the free parking behind a barrier.

I loved everything! I rented two rooms for four days, one for myself and one for my friends. The room had everything I needed and more. Everything was clean, modern, and comfortable!

A modest but comfortable room with everything you need. I really like the location; you can park inside and close the gate.

The location is excellent, just two minutes from the city's main promenade. The food is excellent (buffet style), everything is delicious and varied.

I really liked the hotel. It's very clean everywhere, the towels in the room are snow-white, and the decor is very interesting. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. It's located right in the center.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and fully stocked with toiletries. The bed was soft as a cloud, and we slept wonderfully.

Great sources. Small complex. I liked it.
Hot, very hot springs. Hydromassages and jets throughout the pool.
Subway food… We didn't find anything else.

Excellent hotel.
The website does not indicate that Monday and Tuesday are sanitary days in the pools, the pools are not working.

Good European level.
System hotel — Hilton or something similar (not a joke) Only small like the city in which it is located.
Like the city, clean to a shine.

I liked everything very much, the level of a good European 4! Excellent breakfast! I recommend!

The place is great, you can go to the water park every day for breakfast, you can take whatever you want, I advise everyone to go there.

Varvara is a true professional! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently visited her classic massage session and was absolutely delighted.

In principle, everything is great, the rooms are cleaned, the towels are changed sometimes every three days, sometimes every day, on the first floor there is a restaurant, but for a restaurant it is

I stayed at this hotel for the second time. Good hotel, large room, excellent soundproofing, good staff. I asked to replace the mattress, they replaced it, for which I am very grateful.

We liked the hotel's location near the Kremlin.
The staff was extremely unfriendly. During our visit, Lyubov was on duty, a very uncommunicative woman. I had a bad impression of her and the service.

The hotel is well located, 5-7 minutes from the Kremlin and Red Square. The room has everything you need. The beds are soft, the pillows are excellent.

A good hotel. Great location, next to the Kremlin. Large (triple) room. Decent breakfast in a beautiful restaurant. Clean. The reception staff are friendly and love their city.

First time in Tobolsk. We chose the hotel based on reviews. We stayed for 2 days. Sibir is an excellent hotel. We stayed in a standard plus room.

Our acquaintance with Nightingale Grove was on a sad occasion — we were seeing off our mother on her last journey. Funeral lunch. The choice fell on this cozy cafe.

After a wonderful evening at the Nightingale Grove restaurant, it’s impossible not to share your impressions! Moreover, we’ve also read a lot of reviews.

I didn't like the presence of drunk people in the room and in the kitchen.

It was my first time in a hostel, all my fears were in vain. Clean, warm, comfortable.

I was in this hotel for a week and it was so wonderful staying. Really nice hotel.
Love from Nepal.

We were met wonderfully. Friendly. The room is cute, the hotel is very beautiful. It was cold in the room. For some reason, the room was not cleaned for 3 days.

Close to the embankment, new interior, comfortable beds, normal delicious breakfast.

This is not the first time my mother and I have stayed in Spasskaya. And we always feel at home.

When I visit Tyumen for work, I always stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Thanks for the service!

Excellent hotel! The hotel is located within walking distance from the train station and the city center. Perfect cleanliness, delicious and varied breakfasts. Complimentary evening tea.
