- Deposit for accommodation: from 2000 rubles. (On holidays up to 5000 rubles.)
- It is forbidden to hold events and parties in the apartment.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Accommodation with pets: an additional payment to the total cost of accommodation (from 1000 rubles), depending on the size of the pet and a deposit of 2000 rubles.
- The number of people in the apartment is no more than the number of beds.
- When leaving the apartment, the door must be locked.
The loss of the keys to the accommodation and damaged property are restored at the expense and by the guest who made the reservation.
In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, the money for accommodation and the deposit will not be refunded.
