Payment for the final, as well as intermediate cleaning is made by depositing funds to a bank card upon arrival together with an insurance deposit.
Upon arrival for 1 night, payment for final cleaning and a security deposit is made before sending the guests the check-in instructions. The security deposit is returned to the card before 12:00 AM, in case there are no claims to the rented object and proper compliance with the rules of accommodation.

For the 5th guest, it is possible to provide a cot with a mattress and a full set of bedding for an additional fee of RUB 500.00 per day.
