Terrible hotel! I do not recommend. The rooms are very tiny. The administration manages to sell instead of triple rooms, double with a trundle bed (room 308 specifically)! Take the money in full and assure that the cot is full the main place. If we expand the table, which is bolted to the wall, the part of the clamshell is under the table. To meet the clients do not go, no questions to decide. Went with a group of children, all placed on different floors. Some rooms are not heated. It smells like a sewer. For the reception only throw his hands. The breakfasts are held in the hallway right before the stairs. It is unclear where to watch sanepidstantsiya. In the room there's nowhere to sit, only the bed. No tables either. C/u tiny. Towels stained all. I was forced to move out of this hotel just a few hours, because it is impossible to live in such conditions. Money even for the next day was not returned to me. Hundred times think before to choose this hotel. Especially with children! * no refrigerator! Keep this in mind. Children would leave food on the windowsill in the room, because there is really cold.

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this is probably one of the worst, noisiest and hottest place I've ever stayed. And I've stayed in hostels and huts in India and Central Asia. Thely good thing I can say about it is it's location. We arrived early morning on the sleeper from Moscow (with a 1 & 9yr old) and although our room was ready we decided the 2500rub extra was a bit steep to get early access to the room so just quickly used the WC before heading into the city. The WC floor was covered in urine and it absolutely stunk. Good start. We got back to the hotel around 4pm and the very average room was so unbelievably hot that we only had a quick shower before heading out again into the much more reasonable temps outside. We put off returning until 10pm as, despite being with the kids, we couldn't face being in the room. When we did return we had to keep the window wide open in order to make the room fractionally more habitable. (On a side note, our soap dispenser was also empty and my partner had to push for them to replace it as they originally refused until the morning. Not cool when the least you should be able to do in a room that costs this much is wash your kids grubby hands and face before bed. ) The noise from the traffic, in particular motorbikes racing down the road and also booming car stereos, was so loud that my 1yr old got woken up several times and by 3am I hadn't even been able to sleep.

Excellently situated just inside the historical center of the city, cosy and clean.

We were rebooked to this hotel from other hotel of this chain. Communication of relocating was done in a general looking email and they did not put effort to ensure it getting through. The hotel even failed to order the prebooked transfer taxi, which they provided as only compensation of relocating. Staff does not have customer service attitude, they are "just working there". Hotel rooms are clean but really hot on warm days without proper ventilation. Breakfast ok.

Great stay — the hotel was great and breakfast was nice, although it could use a little more variety. The room was very comfortable and the location was right in the centre. Sometimes they have school groups so there might be some noise in the hallways from 8 to 10pm approx.

Great location, a bit Spartan conditions. Convenient very much for staying for several nights in trips.

The hotel is well located: not far from Nevsky, near the Metro, on the street many different good food points, shops, guests. The hotel staff are very disposed to themselves. Breakfast: Buffet as everywhere, plus some soup (which is not everywhere). At the reception round the clock free tea, coffee, sugar, water cold, boiling. For lunch and dinner at the reception you can take a voucher and eat at a nearby café with a discount. The rooms are small but renovated, clean, comfortable. Cleaning and replacement of towels every day. There is no elevator. All you may need (taxis, tableware, for example) ask at the reception and it will provide you. Ironing board and iron on the floor. Free Wi-Fi takes good even in neighboring cafes.

The price and quality ratio is optimal. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient.

It's a pity there are no ear sticks in the bathroom. And so, in principle, I can not remember anything especially bad. Nice, relatively cheap and convenient. Not very often stay in such places, but free tea and coffee I was pleasantly surprised (I do not know, perhaps this by default should be, but here first met).

The location is great. The distance from the train station is 10 minutes by foot. On the less busy street of Marat, in comparison with Ligovskim prospect and Nevsky.
Close to Metro. Shops 24 hours (Pyaterochka) canteens and bars.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The rooms are compact, but everything is comfortable and comfortable.

For the second year in a row we arrive here. Everything is very good. It's all good.

Stayed twice, every time with no problems. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. Breakfast is decent, there is porridge, muesli, sausages, eggs, cheese, bread, pastries, etc. All day in the hall you can drink coffee or tea completely free of charge. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Great place to stay in Saint Petersburg. Very affordable with all the amenities you could possibly need, including an excellent hot breakfast served every morning. The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, the staff was friendly and it's conveniently located near the railway station. It's located near a main road that takes you directly to the main tourist attractions, or you can also take the metro which is nearby. I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Saint Petersburg!

The hotel is easy to find outaya rooms, has everything you need, helpful staff. Free tea or coffee at any time, free Breakfast. The only one in the room cold.

Good nice hotel in the city centre. Good location, very close to Moscow railway station, lots of traffic. Near many places to dine in the same building, the cafeteria dining plate, working around the clock. The rooms, though small, but cozy, about the reception the guests can have free coffee and tea. Breakfast is very decent, the staff is helpful.

We were careless (stupid, inattentive, you name it) enough to book a windowless room here. The value for money for this kind of accommodation is poor. : (The staff seemed to be aware of such a problem and one of the ladies was unpleasantly eager to show us where exactly we had chosen the type of room we had chosen. Judging by the annoyed look on her face, it seems to be a common reaction and attitude to the people who booked a cheaper room. If you are reading reviews of places in this city and stumbled upon this one, you need to make sure that you do not book your stay here. But I suppose if you book another room you might be more fortunate.

Receptionists spoke English! Silent, clean, and comfortable room. Budget accommodation. Breakfast was nothing fancy but sufficient.

A good place for living while you are traveling across the city. Its location, prices (especially in winter), booking conditions are very convenient.
