It's a wonderful place. Great staff. Delicious and hearty breakfasts.

Excellent hotel in all ways. Took care of my daughters special dietary needs with a smile and without any hazzle at all, to name just one of many positive details.

Well-groomed hotel. Great reception staff. Good breakfasts. The room was somewhat gloomy in the interior. (There was not enough light, I wanted to turn on the top light, which was not)

The bed was literally the most amazing bed we have ever slept on meaning we didn't leave the hotel as much as we should have given we are in St. Petersburg. The room service and hotel staff were also terrific.

Excellent hotel, rooms not large but very comfortable, good shower, great breakfast, bar food but expensive drinks. Good atmosphere and staff. Would definitely stay again.

Stylized as Dostoevsky's works, the room is decorated like a library with a mosaic of pano. But the breakfasts are very scarce, a lot of sweet (flour) and absolutely no cereals. There is a possibility to order breakfast in the room, there are excellent pancakes)

The location is great. Very few places. And judging by the fact that on all cars St. Petersburg numbers-it is used under the cars of employees or their friends.
The nearby hotel is more careful… Ready and place there to hold and call when the place is free.

Review based on double room on 6th floor. Room barely large enough for multiple day stay. Lack of draws and shelves for holding clothes. Rails and hangers in open area. Only just enough room to get round 2 sides of bed. The overall ambience is one of being dark both in the room and all access corridors. Felt like a mole in its run. Window view from room was into central atrium and overlooked the dining area at ground level. Didn't feel private with curtains open. Nowhere to store 2 cases in the room. Breakfast facilities adequate only. Reasonable selection of food. Everywhere was clean. Staff helpful and friendly enough. Didn't use hotel restaurant opting for local restaurants we think easy walking instead. Close to historic areas and also the main river. Noisy in room when party in dining area in the evening. Prompt response when safe developed an error and bathroom light failed. Decent bar area.

Strange design under the crime and Punishment of F. M. Dostoyevsky. There is practically no wardrobe. The bed linen was not changed during the week, one time did not give bath towels, the maid forgot a rag on a washbasins. The reception staff and the bar are pleasant.

We spent a couple of nights at the May family. We were made upgrade to a two-room suite with a sauna, which was a perfect surprise, especially pleasant considering the St. Petersburg climate. The breakfast is extensive, there are porridge, and cheeses, and scrambled eggs.

Good hotel. It is close to the tourist attractions of the city. Restaurant with good food.

Said to be a heritage property, however, room was too small for comfort. Highly cramped. Seems just apt for backpackers.

Great place. You don't have to live here. Yes, here you can arrange business and business meeting. Here you can celebrate birthday and anniversary, very cozy and very comfortable. Great staff, great menu, everything for modern living, free Wi-Fi including. In general on all questions concerning life and business here will help.

This hotel offers good value for money. The food offering is 3.5/5 — it is by no means a full English breakfast but it offers a nice selection of cereals, fresh fruit juices, a few meats like bacon, as well as cured meats. At dinner the food can be highly repetitive. Battered meat/fish seems to be on offer every day — with fairly plain deserts. However, it is all filling — with unlimited portions and good for the price of the hotel. I stayed in a standard room. The bathroom was superb, the temperature was good and it was very clean and modern. However, we had 3 of us in the room. There were two singles and one Z bed. The Z bed was appalling. Upon sitting up, the whole bed collapsed underneath and even kneeling on it. We had to complain several times to reception before it was eventually changed. This kept us up late and was really annoying after a long flight. The replacement bed was a proper bed and extremely comfy. The location is 3.5/5. Everything within a walkable distance but it is a bit too long of a walk for older people. For the money — I would recommend this hotel. It’s very clean, extremely safe (with very robust security systems in place) and has wonderfully friendly staff. However — if you had more money to spend — I’d personally opt for nicer food and a slightly better location.

Top service. Great location. Rooms are stylish. Fitness room well equipped. Steam bath clean and always available. The breakfast buffet is rich but not always qualitatively as good as it looks. But always fresh juices, smoothies, fruit. Dinner is just the opposite. The selection is rather small for this is the quality top class. Staff always friendly and accommodating. The ATM is unfortunately not reliable. Has hung up several times and Windows has then rebooted.

A lot of electricity static.

One of the best hotels in St. Petersburg in interior and atmosphere. But it is necessary to finalize breakfasts (lag behind the level of the hotel-comparisons a lot) nearby there are cafes and restaurants. To Nevsky approximately 15 minutes on foot, 3-5 min by taxi (100 rub) very good shop spar across the road.

The staff is friendly. The service is good. The room, 411 was, for the name "Radisson" is terrible. The ceilings are shabby, the room is dark, the water pressure leaves much to be desired.

Nice hotel, perfect service, just awesome location. There are small errors, but if you come to Peter to walk, then for the night rest is it. Plus Turkish sauna and gym.

Polite staff, great, clean, tidy but a bit dark rooms. Super soft bed, sleeping like on a cloud. Great bathroom, heated floor, mirror too. There are slippers, bathrobe. The truth was that there were two of us and one robe. The breakfast buffet is very tasty. Good soundproofing, sleep in silence. Wi-Fi is stable. Small inconvenience that the lift works only from the key card. Good location.

Love the interior. Hybrid between modern and monarchy Russia. Comfortable rooms with huge celling. Exceptional breakfast included.

Very good and nice hotel. Personnel very friendly and helpful. The only minus is that I had no closet, only some shelfves but if you don't have too many clothes it should be enough.

Location is good, staff is courteous, rooms are suffocating and cleanliness is an issue.

Cannot fault the service of this hotel, particularly Alexey and reception staff. Alexey in particular went out of his way for us. He ordered a taxi to pick us up from a Venue one evening. On his own time, he went to the venue to ensure the taxi was there to pick us up. Excellent service.

Rather disappointed in this hotel! A majority of the bed rooms are based around an internal courtyard, with 2 glass lifts which travel between 1st floor & the 7th. The bedroom Windows face out towards the lifts, cannot be opened, air con only and are dark not well lit. The continental breakfast had a good choice and got food also on offer, although this was never that got, unless one ordered freshly cooked eggs. There is a small reception area with some seating, this leads into the bar area and another place to eat. There us nowhere to sit and read, which, when you occupy an inside room; you may prefer some light! The staff are very welcoming no issues with them. But no I would not use this hotel again. Apologies for the negative review; 3 nights is too long in an inside room.

Good Service. Good location. The interior is a bit dark for my taste (dark brown). Breakfast was included and very well served.

1. Inconvenient card elevator and ladders. It's too hard to get to the floors where your co-workers live (if you don't have the same floors). And on your floor, you get a show card.
2. Breakfast buffet. A single coffee machine. The coffee machine was down, so I had to pour tea.
3. The buffet lunch table is scarce (1 first and then Peresol).
4. The conference room is close, well not in the basement. Entrance to the hall through a restaurant in which another conference is held. It's uncomfortable. The air conditioning Vkljuchtli after all the Vzmokli.

At this cost (who may be interested), no night laundry was offered (iron).
In the sequel, since you answered, I'll add. The room was worth three times as much as it did in regular days (it's lucky to be in the forum), people go back to 01:00-02:00 nights with an iron, and 06:00 get up and they get removed to the forum. I don't think that's right. The bar works and the laundry is not …

Rooms are comfortable. The standard is small but cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.

Lovely decor, the rooms were large very well kitted out and always kept very clean. The breakfast collection was good with both a hot a cold buffet including some traditional Russian items. The hotel staff were excellent, always helpful and can assist with booking tickets for shows or day trips if required.

The service at an altitude of, while the light in the hall you can fall in love. Breakfast a little skudnovaty.

Everything in the hotel is wonderful: location, concept, staff, unusual design of rooms, clean, but super soft beds and pillows-not for people who are used to the stiffness of the mattresses and pillows. If you have back problems like I do when booking a request to under the mattress put a rigid base. A pleasant stay!
