Good location. Nicely decorated. And spacious room.

I just checked out of this hotel after a 4 night stay with a tour group. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! This facility is beautiful, the food is outstanding, and the rooms are simply the epitome of comfort.
I cannot praise the staff enough. In every encounter that I had with an employee they were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful.
Special thanks to Anastasia at the front desk for a seamless check-in and welcome to our group.
Also to Vera, Ivan, & Anna in the dining room. They are energetic, helpful, and extremely good natured.
I feel life I departed not only with great memories, but with new friends.

Highlights are the the high quality stylish standard. Staff and facilities with compliment additions. The sky roof top terrace 180 % view. Fabulous food, drink.

Very nice design hotel, breakfast is exceptional, knowledgeable staff. A bit far from the Center and the rooms mostly overlook the patio, no view or possibility to open the window.

A very pleasant hotel in a nice area. Cozy clean rooms. Guest girls at the front desk. Good breakfast, with the option of ordering to the room. There is a restaurant in the hotel, located in the central covered courtyard. It was nice to get a birthday greeting from the hotel to the room. Although it was not advertised. You can safely stop and relax.

It's a great place! The design is gorgeous, the beds are gorgeous. Breakfast is impeccable. Of the drawbacks noticed only that the doll figure in the corridor would be good to hide under the cap of not reflecting glass. But these are the delights of an old glass maniac…

Not cheap, but the price-quality ratio is great. Good as a romantic, and as a family option.
Excellent location-Ideal 15-minute walk to the summer garden with a return to the palace promenade. The Marsoto field, the Winter Palace, is generally walkable.
Were family, including with a small child on holidays.
Pros: Hyper-polite staff (all cheerful, smiling, greet).
While drinking a friendly drink (booking option) in the lobby-a tired child burst into tears, respeshionist herself came up and gave a new plush toy (the label was cut off at us). The child was not parted with the toy.
In the rooms insulation-filmed two rooms, a child behind the wall is not audible absolutely.
Our rooms had everything you could-from an ironing board to a coffee machine and a free mini-bar (at not the most expensive booking).
The hotel has a lovely glass elevator. On the ground floor a small pool with "geysers" (the last-entertains children). Saunas (also small, male and female separately, at changing rooms). Perhaps, with the influx of people they are clogged (we had empty). There are towels, bathrobes, slippers (go from the room to bathe-towels and "change" can not take). Other entertainments, like fitness-Hall for wishing (did not use).
The restaurant is nice and atmospheric. Tables are strongly divided.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. Everybody likes it. Breakfast and rooms (comfortable, comfortable beds, beautiful design). Very helpful staff. Service at a high level.

Indigo is really the best hotel in Russia I ever stayed in. During your stay you won't need anything longer than 5 minutes. They brought me all I forgot: soap, shampoo, a needle, thread, clue, umbrella. Which is more the rooms are really clean and tidy and the bed just forces you to get asleep. Also this is very cultural place lot of books and excellent photography. The locations is pretty amazing, close to the best town's attractions from museums to the best jazz-bar (the Hat)

The hotel is cozy the first week, but if you decide to stay for more time… That's terrible! The waiters are beginning to forget about you. All the service is spoiled! We've ruined all the things in the bag! (The concierge throughout the stay worried that the stay at the hotel is expensive and a little conversations figuring out what money we live in the hotel) ) ) ) ) ) Change changed and already the next started to find out) ) ) ) ) in general very attentive concierge staff) in this hotel!

Great Hotel, value for money. Perfectly situated. Main attractions are within walking distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel and happily stay there again.

This very bad located 7-8 km from the Center to go and return from and to the hotel from the Avda Nevski for example go to coffee and Libreria SINGER or piers to navigate the taxi charge you 1.000 products staff does not know a word in Spanish, and they have no interest in understanding you. The Restaurant is very expensive.

Amazing service. Drink on checkin, great concierge and bar staff. I haven't visited the restaurant yet, but it calls for great reviews everywhere. Helpful staff all over. The room was amazing, modern and clean.

Good hotel, great location.

This hotel is really good, and so does the employees there. No complaints at all. And we were offered wines during check in. The rooms are very clean. One small drawback is the breakfast, it is too simple, you have to pay for the omelette, which is usually free. Anyways, it was a nice memory there.

No bathtubs. When I stay away from my house and pay WAY too much for a room, I want options, such as "shower or bath. " I may not use one or the other, or I may use both. Hotels try to sell themselves on being "full service, " but how can that be when they so severely limit our bathing options? Don't stay here. Stay somewhere that gives you the freedom to choose how you manage your personal hygiene.

Alas! All advantages of the location and the fact that he recently opened, therefore everything is new and clean, overshadowed by service level. You can buy expensive cosmetics, good tea, fill the bar, but if you save on staff, consider money thrown to the wind. A lot of comments. You had to ask an administrator several times to wipe the dust on tv, and after hearing the admonition from the maid; recall the coat for extra space after each cleaning. And check freshness provided by clothing with Thai massage. Really want this hotel entire Entourage have added quality services and staff that will do their jobs conscientiously, rather than with favour and claim.

Great hotel! There are all means for the soul of Portugal, free large pool, smart house private, excellent location!
