I loved the hotel. I was given a 2-bed room with a child due to a flight delay. In the room there is a kettle and tea with coffee, cookies for snacks. Stylish room design.

Everything that Radisson does is expected perfectly and without complaints. Service, rooms, restaurant-everything is spotless.

Летим Азюром, задержка рейса, уже час стоим в очереди на ресепш, очередь не двигается, копируют и делают кучу бумажек, в итоге непонятно, зачем вообще было сюда идти. На сайте ни формы обратной связи, ничего. Второго ресепшиониста позвали только через полчаса. Сказать, что относятся не по-человечески — это ничего не сказать.

Room not very large but an airport hotel is only used for overnight stay. The service is very nice. Breakfast is extensive and was the best breakfast I had received in a Russian hotel. Airport proximity is the biggest advantage, but if you see the price surcharge that is required, you ask yourself whether this is justified. The service at the front desk is very friendly.

The hotel is quite expensive. At checkin we were asked to pay 30 Euro more than we had in the confirmed booking. After I insisted they agreed to the old tariff. Then the next surprise, I should pay extra for registration — registration is first of all not needed if one has a residence permit as I do, second such charge it is not in line with Russian law. After I told so, they agreed not to charge — however I am sure that they charge to all foreigners who do not know these rules. The same problem I faced in other Park Inn hotels, e. G. Velikiy Novgorod, so this seems to be a company policy to try to charge extra to foreigners — however if you tell them they usually quickly remove the extracharge. At the end we got a wrong invoice anyway and had to wait until they correct. So we spent around 20 minutes only for checkin. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and fine, however above issues are disturbing. I heard from other companies that they try to avoid Park Inn in St. Pete when possible, mainly because of price, we were recommended to use another hotel but our booking was done already. The restaurant: It was almost empty, anyway it took very long to get served and the quality of the food is just average, prices are definitely too high for what you get. Summary: Check carefully the bill and make sure it complies with your booking. See alternatives especially in St.
