Friendly staff, good food and comfortable hotel.

Perfect, clean place, nice, friendly, helpful stuff. The breakfast is a great variety, everybody can find sg to eat. 5 minutes walk to a metro station, definitly recommend to anybody. 6 stars from 5 :-), thank you guys.

My tourists liked the hotel! :) The hotel's convenient location. Near Moscow Avenue, a lot of shops. Nearby metro station Technological Institute. The hotel's windows overlook Olympia Park.

Its not a good hotel at all. There isn’t room cleaning on these three days staying in this hotel. Toilet has a very bad smell all the time. Elevator is always busy. Breakfast isn’t good and you can not find an available table even in the early morning. You can hardly use Wi-Fi and most of the time its out of service.

Location is good restaurant is good but there is no Indian food even though there are many Indian guests. We stays there from 1 aug to 4 aug 2018. Rooms are too small not enough toiletries supplied no soap no shampoo only soap dispenser. Sport bar is excellent but only two bar tenders are there in pick hours very slow service. Room service is very poor room was cleaned at 4 pm after several time of reminders over all not recommended for Indians.

Stayed here during the recent World Cup. This place is amazing. Clean and great views of the city. Really close to the Metro and city center is a short ride away. The bar in this hotel is top notch, decked out in Soccer flags and memorabilia. If you have the chance get the continental breakfast included, it's fabulous.

Great value for price. New hotel. Rooms are small but clean and bathroom is fine. Awesome breakfast and great service.

I really like this hotel because I worked there. 2011. I'm with Uzbekistan a. We worked and we were respected by our workers. At the time paid. Free breakfast and lunch. That's a great twist. I recall with respect all the hotel staff.

Good Hotel. Central Location. The Rooms were clean and well maintained. Especially the Bed was super cozy. Delicious Breakfast. I can recommend this Hotel! 1A.

The hotel at first glance is nice. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. No tea, spoons. We settled in today. We'll see. The next day we were waiting for a surprise. Tea with marmalade, tea spoons, sugar. It was very nice. The restaurant is great with a variety of dishes. The staff is polite. The location is great. Recommend!

4-star hotel. The rooms are spacious and very bright, equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator and a safe. The bathroom is spacious, too bad the toilet is integrated into the bathroom! The building is modern. The dining room is nice with partial view of a park. The service is quality, there is a bar room, a SPA and other facilities that we didn't have time to enjoy. It is located close to a subway mouth, you have to know that the underground mouths are about 4 km away (according to the French guide). The staff only speak Russian as everywhere in Russia. Generally speaking, no one speaks English, some people speak French. Enjoy your stay.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom has everything, except for some reason toothpaste-brushes. The dining room is very nice, tasty! And cozy, there is a fireplace. Under the windows of the square, but aesthetics it does not add: There are always local dogs walk.

Nice place for a short stay in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

All loved it! It's quiet, cozy, the rooms are cleaned clean. It is convenient to use underground parking. The restaurant is deliciously cooked. We'll be back for sure!

This is a well run hotel, clean and comfortable, great staff.

Located next to the subway, the room is cozy with a nice bed and bed linen. The reception service was a bit strange… There were passports for Finnish citizens and yet the girl demanded an emigration card, and was ready to refuse to check into the hotel. I don't think I'd want to come here again or advise my friends about this hotel. It is not known what paper they need next time to provide.

I stayed here several times for work. A great hall-restaurant with a fireplace, which always smells delicious smouldering wood. Very good buffet. Good, clean rooms. Unfortunately, the summer season is quite high prices.

Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has left a double impression. The service is very poor. The room was dirty. Asked to re-clean. The towels were hard, as if they were 5 years old. The room itself is decent, free water every day. Breakfast was good. The location is good.

Closed to metro, very nice, excellent breakfast, good chicken wings with beer in the bar for football match. Very nice sauna room, one small gym. Guest room very clean.

The ventilation in the shower was not working because of this constantly worked fire alarm system. And resorting guards because of that. In the room dust heaps everywhere. A bed like a double but made of two mattresses that envenomed as the legs of a woman, at the sight of alpha male. No Wi-Fi in the reception. Service at hostel level. Spoiled rest. I will never use this hotel again.

Great hotel with clean and cozy rooms. Friendly staff, quiet Atmosphere. I would like to mention Breakfast. A full european, as well as offer a variety of fish and fresh fruits (pineapple, melon, kiwi) champagne, croissants Fresh pastries. The room was Clean.

In this hotel I stayed on a business trip. The location is good, the hotel is close to the metro, shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean, cleaning every day, decent plumbing, warm floor, room temperature adjustable, ironing board, safe and mini Fridge. On the basement floor there is a small narrow gym (which can be pushed by several people) and a large quality SAUNA. Breakfast is good, but for a week of stay there was no variety-omelette, bacon, sausages, Porridge and everything. That is quite simple, but Tasty. There are good pastries and Jam. But the fruit did not like. From the pros I note the Interior-the Hall has a fireplace. Not like one thing-in the course of cleaning change the temperature modes of heating and turn off the warm floor (if included), so, on arrival in the room in the evening had to put all over again and wait until it warms up. But this is my personal nagging.

I liked the hotel. Situated in one corner of Olympia Garden Park of St. Petersburg, it is in walking distance from the Technological Institute metro station. In the park there is a children's playing area. Next to the park one find nice small local pubs and also cafeterias from where fresh coffee, sandwiches and home made style food can be purchased. Liked these very much. In the hotel itself all good hotel's services can be found and worked fine. Breakfast at hotel's restaurant Fransmanni was very good and no reason to doubt other meals. As a night owl I liked very much the hotel's pub which was open very late. The pub seemed a good place for watching international sports, play snooker or other games, have good time with friends. I also liked the idea that it's not clear where restaurant ends and pub starts. Excellent lounge.

More than 5 years ago Hotels network Sokos Vvzyvali Delight. Now they have noticeably lost each one star exactly, as well as in the quality of service and food, and in the interior. Very select in need of renovation.

Clean hotel. Rooms are adequate. Sports bar is great downstairs. Breakfast is average.

Basic… its a tourism masive hotel… not walking distance for the main atractions in the city buy just 5 mins walking to the nearest subway station…

I never ever have written any comment about a hotel before, but this time, I just can't help but say, the attitude of the receptionists is just lousy. They look impatient, unpleasant and unfriendly. They never answer phone calls. … … room is ok. Clean enough, but they somehow accidentally forgot to changed the towels, even we tipped more than we should. So many whys in my mind…

Celebrated 10-wedding anniversary. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service on the rack itself resection room, restaurant-everything nice, beautiful, convenient and tasty. Will case-come back!
