RiverSide Hostel Morskaya Hostel

Apart from the location in the heart of Peter I can not name any of the advantages of this hostel. Administration works in free mode, it only comes to check-in, at other times they are difficult to catch, to the specified phone do not respond. Renovation in the institution did not do for a long time, there is an ancient furniture. The Kitchen is not staffed, elementary is not a single sharp knife. The toilets don't turn around. The Walls and doors are cardboard, lucky if the neighbours are quiet. Not Recommended! And owners strongly recommend to do extensive repair.

Located in the centre of the city… walking distance to Hermitage museums, Saviour of the spilled blood church, St. Issac Cathedral, Kazan Cathedral and lot more. Very close to metro and bus stop … reception were very helpful… good security. Good for solo travellers as I stayed there alone for eight days.

It is Located in the center of Nevsky Prospekt opposite the Kazan Cathedral near the house of Singer and Griboyedov Canal. Clean. Politely. Taking Care of guests. That is ok.

The location is Perfect. Adequate number of kitchen areas and restrooms, staff are polite. The Interior is modest, but for such a cost pulls on all 5! The Bonus is the beautiful view of Nevsky. Thank you! Will Definitely come again and advise friends!

Booked a room over the internet, got a room for two on the 4th floor on the street. Large Konushennaya 1 room, as was winter C16 February to 21 February and frosts 12 degrees then in the room degrees 15 heat. Although the batteries were hot, the windows are not tightly closed and with the window barrel cold. Slept on the bed dressed in warm underwear.

No sign indicating where it is. Nobody answers the doorbell. Filled with kids. No reception. Don't go unless your under 14 and can speak Russian.

Clean, good, nice administration. A very convenient location. Got a room overlooking the Nevsky. A closed window is almost nothing in the street can not be heard. 4 stars for intermittent hot water: wash up always, but not always hot water, sometimes we had to do a cool (not icy, but not warm). A decent hostel not in the city centre. The hostel both have 2 separate rooms, one overlooks Big stables and courtyard, the other into the courtyard from the Nevsky Prospekt. In the hostel, clean, quiet, comfortable enough. Right under the Windows 2 a good pub with a huge variety of beer.
