Old socialist establishment turned into (sort of) family hotel. About 35 min from city center by public transportation. Supermarket and some russian style food joints within 500 meters. Weird elevator, starts at first floor, be prepared to use steep and narrow stairs. But there is a pleasant garden, quiet and near the canal where you can make your own tea or coffeee.

A very decent hotel for its starry and price: spacious room, well equipped (safe, chair, table, chairs, phone, etc. ), clean; decent breakfast — everything is, everything is delicious, hot so much that even amazing. Friendly staff: even the maids say hello. The patio (pictured) is worthy of a separate mention and added one star to my assessment of the hotel: it is pleasant to sit and enjoy the evening coolness and listen to the silence (there is no movement on the promenade). And as for accessibility, it is normal for a tourist hotel: no one returns during the day. By the way, the bus stop to Hay nare is 100 meters away, and in the morning there are two free shuttles to the subway. (Well, the mental hospital nearby — a cultural heritage site, it was visited by almost all the famous rock musicians Peter. :) )

Not a bad hotel overall, but very low availability for backpackers. The rooms do not always have an air conditioning system. The surrounding area (Admiralty district) does not always look presentable, there is no place to walk in the evening.

Compared with other hotels in Europe we have stayed during the World-cup period, this is the best hotel. For example, the 1st day they have boiled egg. The 2nd day, I found out they provided the fried egg/sunshine egg to the guests too, it means that, details makes different. Even, it is not a big brand name and huge hotel. Staffs are friendly and nice. The room is clean, especially the bathtub is extremely clean. For me, this is very important. The location is also good. You can walk to some museum around 10 mins. The only thing that if they can provide a place like a bar for the guests to watch the soccer matches on the TV wall. I think it will be better. I think if the hotel have the World Cup theme, it will match the festive World Cup month in Russia. Heheeee…

Nice big room with safe (on the photo 101), own parking, own yard with gazebo and tea. Very friendly-for breakfast wanted boiled egg-made. In the photo dining room during breakfast. Direct reservation by phone was cheaper than booking. Com:).

I would like to leave a review about the restaurant. I come to business lunch. It's not the first time. Loved. Prices pleasant up to 200 rubles for salad, second and juice, very tasty at home, the staff is excellent, fed quickly and qualitatively, the atmosphere is very pleasant.

Stayed in room 404 and my wife and I got eaten alive by mosquitos. My Wife got bitten on the eye and it puffed up like an egg. I got maybe 12 bites in total. We had a restaurant meal and the mashed potatoes and stroganoff were cold. But the hotel room was clean and reasonably priced. The metro was a we way away but they have a free shuttle and only 3 ks to the summer Palace. The Hotel seemed cared for with ongoing upgrading and maintenance. Bed was comfortable in a good sized room.

Ok bathroom, room at least 30 years old, nice and helpful staff, location quite remote in some industrial are — a bit shady during night.

The place itself is nice and calm. I like the cat Matisov living inside the hotel. But the food and services in restaurant are terrible.

An excellent hotel. Own indoor parking, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast … Be sure to come back here.

Begin with a minus, it at at one is not the best location, the subway is quite far away. But there is a free guarded Parking for cars. And now a huge list of pluses: 1) Rooms are very spacious and cozy. The hotel was recently renovated and very modern. Card entry system, plenty of plugs, and what is great — the rooms have baths. 2) Very friendly and helpful staff, ready to help in any question. It is very captivating. 3) Many amenities: in the lounge, the chess and Board games at the reception free of charge delicious cookies and drink tea. 4) Has all the amenities for the traveler: and shampoos to gels, and a Hairdryer. I like hotels where there is a Hairdryer. How to be a hair dryer in the room!? I do not bring a Hairdryer in every journey! And here he is, and that's cool. 5) Sleep gorgeous, the area is very quiet, the rooms themselves are perfectly shumoizolyatory, so if you need to sleep — here you can do it on 5+ 6) I also conducted a master class at the Congress hall of the hotel. The hall can accommodate 35-40 people, has a projector and two whiteboards on which to write. The training was a great success!

Great, modest and quiet budget hotel.

Simply a wonderful hotel. There are parking, and breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. Rooms are made with love and with plain.
For cat lovers there is a little bonus in the form of a local cat (very good and beautiful).
The only disadvantage of the hotel, its location, without personal transport I would convoy entered there.
