Polite staff, great location (centre), every day cleaning, 4 or more towels, every day you'll get a bottle of water, very beautiful hotel and rooms and tasty breakfast! Love it! Великолепный отель! Не сомневайтесь ни минуты! Вежливые сотрудники, самый центр, уборка каждый день, 4 или больше полотенец, бутылка воды каждый день, вкусный завтрак, КРАСИВО — и сам отель и номера. Мы в восторге!

There are 2 good things about this hotel: internet and cleanliness. After this the disappointments start: the hotel layout is really weird and it seems a labyrinth, there is no elevator, quite hard to tune the water temperature in the shower, there’s not much variety in the breakfast and more than anything the staff does not speak english, and ended up with wrong information twice. If you dont speak russia I dont really recommend this place.

Great location. Very eloquent name-absolutely suitable, with love and knowledge of history selected interior. So imagine the ladies in lush dresses, sitting at banquets, and gallant Cavaliers. In addition to the attributes of the last century, the hotel fully meets all modern requirements-impeccable service, excellent bed linen, air conditioning, and of course a rich breakfast buffet. Thank you-come back and more than once!

Great hotel in 10 minutes from Palace Square. Excellent service, go to meet any questions. The hotel has a bar where you can play board games and Playstation. The restaurant with delicious breakfasts and beautiful interior.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat, clean, updated. Breakfast is included in the price of the room, buffet. There is also a separate bar where you can have a drink and a snack. The location right in the center is very convenient for tourists.

Got a new room that was very nice but the water stunk which is weird I know but it did and the a/c and heat stopped working on our 2nd night but still it is a very nice place and kind employees.

Nice location, not that far from subway. Price is fair and hotel is clean. Layout is somewhat of a maze but I found my room even on quite buzzed.

We're family of three — 13 is our lucky number — so 1913 hotel was the first choice and it did not disappoint us. The location is fantastic — we visited the Winter Palace — it's so close. You're in the heart of the city — beautiful buildings and monuments and architecture! It felt magical in February when snow was falling down and illumination is all night — it's very special! Second, it's a hotel, bit it is not. It has a main entrance and the reception, and a biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig staircase made of concrete steps, and high ceiling. Obviously, the red carpet — you feel as a lord and a lady. Don't worry the suitcases are taken upstairs by a strong doorman, who is very friendly and smiles. Then there is a raw of lovely doors and one of them is yours. When you open it and enter it's an apartment! Yes, you have a nice hall, a room with a dinning table and chairs and a sofa bed and a small kitchen and then a separate muster bedroom! Great as you can relax from kids — you have your own bedroom. Obviously — a brand spanking new shower room is in the apartment as well. The floor is wooden so don't worry about muddy shoes, which you will get after long walks around museums. Again inside your apartment — high ceiling, massive double glazed windows — veeeeeeeeeeeeeeery quite — no cars, no noisy neighbours. And the master bed — double king comfortable matres and bedding. Deco — art nouveau all around the building.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Located in the center of St. Petersburg. To Isakievskogo 3 minute walk from the Cathedral, Palace Square 5 minutes. It is very convenient. Historic building (the first half of the 19th century). But inside all repaired. Beautifully styled with 19 horses, the beginning of the 20 century. The staff was very friendly, helpful and attentive. In the corridors of the purely private exceptionally pure (clean every day, clean towels every day). All rooms have; TV LCD TV (silent), WC/bathroom, hair dryer, air conditioning, Windows glass packages (noise from the street don't miss), although much fuss on the street No. Quiet street. And what is there restaurant …, fantasy, but as food (breakfast buffet). And what a delicious pancakes. Russian cuisine beginning 20 century. And stylized restaurant too under the good old days — the "golden age" heartily recommend.

A good restaurant. Led there by tourists and families. Beautifully decorated room and menu, tasty food. Live music is a little loud for such a room.

Was already twice in this hotel and this restaurant is a wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, clean decorated rooms … Excellent restaurant service, occasional live music, very comfortable here-returning from the night walk on this infinitely interesting city-and all this in the heart of Peter and for a very reasonable price! Money stop as one and together is very convenient, breakfast included in the price and is served in the restaurant buffet-believe me, not all such buffet-some major hotels in Moscow are inferior (in order not to be unfounded-Hotel Aèropolis Moscow, leningradskiy Prospekt 37/5)
In General, this is my favorite hotel, will stop only here-hence close to Metro, which means access to the bus station and the airport is not difficult (during operation), near many historical and cultural values. Nearby you can find shopping centres, and other Café tablespoons if you dine at the restaurant is expensive for their account. P. S. Just in the hotel refused to include dinner in a restaurant in the rate. So far not all agree. Recommend. Cozy, quiet and somehow so Piterski. The present old Saint Petersburg home, to feel in this town-era!

Wonderful kitchen, Smitten beef is extremely tender, brocoli salad with shrimp is also very good. In a cool November day managed to warm up and get a lot of positive emotions from good service and excellent cooking. Five, recommend! Sincerely yours, Moscow, 11.11.2011
