To the hotel no questions. Just perfect all — from young people at the reception to a cute rug on the windowsill. 5+ and no less.

We paid for two beds and got one bed.

The hotel is centrally located, we found it easy to walk to almost everything. The room we had was very small but clean and the bathroom was clean and had a hair dryer. There are no elevators, so you may need to carry luggage up flights of stairs. We were fortunate to be on the first floor and a member of staff helped us with luggage when arriving, but we had to carry it down ourselves. The staff are very helpful and friendly, you could pay for them to do your laundry and dry it. There is an ironing board located on the 2nd floor. The breakfast was adequate. There is no obvious entrance, our taxi driver had trouble finding where to drop us off and as a result dropped us off a little past. The entrance is behind a gate you need to key in a code to access (which is provided when you check in) and you enter a courtyard and the front entrance is in the corner.

Early check-in available. Room was spacious and clean, although could be warmer. Breakfast buffet is decent. Good staff service with good English proficiency.

The hotel itself is cozy, the staff is courteous. But. About cons in the first place! The water! Tap water smells! Not that oil, not the plastic. From water zaaapah! It's no good at all!
