5 minutes walk from Tolmachevo airport. We had a transfer from a plane to a train in Ob. We had to check in at 3:30 am. Elena met us, a nice woman. We were in room one large bed and two regular ones, TV, shower, sink, toilet, stove, kettle, dishes. To get by and sleep for 4 hours for little money — just right.

The location is good, no need to travel, 5 minutes walk from the airport.
No slippers, toothbrushes (they offer for an extra fee), shower with toilet, everything is clean, no questions, but the drain is clogged, when you wash, it’s not good to always stand in the water, bed linen with one towel, how much it was used and since when, or rather, it’s just awful.

It's a nightmare. Photos, expectations and reality do not match. We stayed in 2020, it was clean and as in the photo, in the fall of 2024 we stayed with a small child after a long flight and I was stunned. What dirt, what washed-out bed linen, towels, dirty dishes, a radiator, sleeping pills and for drug addicts in the nightstand. A bunk bed at the entrance, the doors close tightly, it's disgusting. There was no desire to stay there, it was decided to go by taxi 300 km without resting after the plane.

Expectation/reality, they put us in a family room, the room had a double bed, a sofa and a bunk bed, we slept with two radiators at night, the window was broken, it was very cold, the nearest store was a 20 minute walk away. I had a long layover in Novosibirsk after a multi-hour flight, all of the options I tried were occupied, I came across this option on the island.
— walking with a suitcase along unseen paths is not an option, I got there by taxi;
— the hostel is in terrible condition, you enter and smell mold and hopelessness;
— the room itself is not like in the photo, at the entrance to the room there is a two-level and a single-level bed;
— the general atmosphere is terrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, especially women — the door to the room is flimsy, the presence of male voices in the next room was frightening;
— after sitting in the room for a couple of hours — acceptance of the situation did not come, it was scary and uncomfortable, so I went to wait for the flight to the airport, fortunately the key could be thrown in the box.

Terribly Dirty! And there is no shame in providing people with this! There is no limit to indignation… the photo looks completely different, but in reality it’s terrible! I feel sorry for everyone who stayed there, I hope people read the reviews, it’s a pity that I didn’t read them…

The apartments are located in a run-down dorm, small for 4 people, no air conditioning, you can hear airplanes when the window is open! I don’t recommend it for a family, it’s perfect for waiting for a transplant, the price is unreasonably high.

We arrive, and there is a 6-storey residential building, similar to a hostel from the 70-80s, we are greeted by a shabby woman of about 50 years old, an apartment on the 1st floor, her first question was: do you smoke? The husband says yes, her answer: smoke only on the street, they don’t smoke here, well, great. We go in, and it’s a small room with two single beds and beds, cold, smoky through and through🤦 I say where is the second room, she says there’s a man living behind the wall, so you understand, this is a small apartment where some man lives behind the wall, and The most shocking thing is that the toilet and shower are in our room offered to us 😳 I looked at it all and told her, 5000 for this, are you serious?

I read the reviews and thought it was harsh, but we still decided to rent a room because it was close to the airport and we didn’t have the strength to look for it and didn’t have the strength to call. When they began to make the bed, the sheet turned out to have two large holes in the middle. I had to ask for different underwear. And even that was so washed out that it was also about to tear. The pillow on one bed stank of urine. They didn’t dare take the dishes and towels at all — it was disgusting. An antenna for a TV hung on the chandelier like a garland. I won’t even write about the bathroom — it’s a nightmare. And on top of all this, the neighbors made noise and did not let us sleep. When we saw the menu we thought we were on a collective farm.
Walls scuffed in places, poorly washed dishes, tables, floors. Fortunately, this hell lasted one night.
