Of all the amenities, the pool was more or less the best.
It all started with check-in. The hotel didn't have a note indicating that the rooms had been paid for, so I spent a ton of time showing proof of payment. I don't know why this hotel has a 4-star rating; when you get there, you immediately realize it's not a star hotel. There was a black hair on the sheet in the room, and when I checked out, I saw a condom wrapper under the bed. I really want to believe that our room had been cleaned and the sheets changed. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, as they explained bluntly because it was January 1st. My vegetables ended up being stale: a slice of tomato, a slice of cucumber, and a rotten pepper. The cheese plate consisted of four pieces of the same type of cheese, clearly not freshly cut. I've never had a breakfast like that in my life.

Doesn’t correspond to the declared 4 stars, maybe once upon a time they were because the furniture and renovation were good, but everything is already very old, in the luxury room the walls are shabby, the carpet is all stained and dirty.
Bed linen, towels without any complaints, timely cleaning, good breakfast.
The manager of the Hotel positioned it as a family hotel, BUT, one day there was a wedding in the basement, it didn’t interfere much, and the next day, without warning, there was a party on the ground floor in the Restaurant, the music and the host were shouting at the entire hotel until 23 o’clock, and it was impossible to put the children to bed, neither could they rest, drunk people wandered around in the main hall until nightfall, which caused terrible discomfort. Accordingly, it was not possible to eat.
The room with a jacuzzi and a Turkish bath is simply in a terrible state, the bathtub is all broken and dirty (apparently it has not been washed due to age)
4 stars can only be given to the security guards (and not all of them😂) who were friendly and offered to help lift something or open the door)

We chose the hotel when we were returning from a trip to Thailand and were super pleased.
We booked a room with 2 beds. We were given a room on the 1st floor. Large room. Excellent one and a half beds and that's what else.
We took advantage of a special offer from the hotel and upon our arrival the following were waiting for us in our room:
Heart shaped balls and lots of little hearts on the beds.
Champagne and fruit in the room,
The hammam, which was reserved for us for an hour,
Luxurious branded gingerbread cookies and hot tea.
We can only say great things about the service (at least this was the case for us). The receptionist was perfect in helping us with all our questions. The service in the restaurant is also ok.
The swimming pool and sauna were a special treat for us. When, after sleeping at 8 am, you can come to the pool and put your body in order in the sauna — it’s just fantastic.
The drive to the airport is 15 km. Time (depending on traffic) from 30 minutes to an hour.
The hotel is surrounded by pine trees and a small park where you can stroll and barbecue.
Next time we come to Novosib, we won’t even think about it. We will book a room with this hotel again.

We celebrated my wife's anniversary in the pearl hall, a wonderful menu, very tasty prepared from the heart, everything was fresh. Service at the highest level. We thank Elena and Leah for their help in holding a family holiday.

A great place to both relax and stop. 5 star service. The staff is amazing, they do everything quickly, neatly, beautifully. If you want to go on vacation, then when choosing a vacation program, I advise the manager Marina, she will explain everything, show you, and tell you.

Before departure we had to check into a hotel. While we were driving to the NSC by car, hotels began to run out one by one. Luckily we called this hotel. And how they bribed us, they immediately offered us 1/2 a day, because our check-in was very late. That is, they think not about their own benefit, but about the client.
Upon check-in everything went very quickly. The reception girls changed the number at our request.
Everything in the room is good. Luxurious, snow-white bed linen, towels and robes. Everything is very clean, can't fault it. There is also a kettle, tea, water, soap, a safe, wipes for hands and shoes.
Dear management, take care of your employees, they are the face of your hotel and hold the brand very high, bravo.

The main and only drawback is SOUND INSULATION, how fashionable is it to install doors without door closers? How can you make doors in rooms so that they slam like that?
The very quality of the doors is ZERO SOUND INSULATION, you will hear any noise at the end of the corridor, any conversation in the corridor. How so?
The hotel is bright, clean, normal bed linen, large bathroom, good Breakfast…
There is a swimming pool and a sauna, but you won’t be able to use it if it is booked and no one warns you in advance that you cannot use it (although the terms and conditions indicate access to the spa) …
By working on the Doors and their soundproofing, the hotel will be good.

So far I like everything. Clean, tidy, polite staff. When the dishes in the restaurant are ready, they will call your room and notify you so as not to wait there. The high rating is honestly deserved.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for a long time, we arrived on a day off, I’ll say that the food was delicious, the kebab was tender and tasty.
Personally, I didn’t like that there were also gazebos nearby, I couldn’t get privacy… but opposite there was a big tent! And the wedding began there…
In a word, if you are ready to walk and relax in a crowd, and do not want privacy, then I hope you will like everything.
Well, there’s only one toilet on the street for all the gazebos.
In short, I give it 4, it’s clean, the air is clean, the location is certainly far from the center, but the air was fresh.
You have to bring your own music. The food and service are normal.

But I was very pleased with the “order food to your room” service! Especially when there is a METRO store two steps away and you can even get a card for visiting it at the hotel reception!
