  A deposit of 5,000 ₽ per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

  The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

  After booking, guests are required to contact the apartment and receive check-in instructions.

  Smoking, loud music, parties are prohibited.

  Check-in with children under 5 years old is not carried out to ensure the safety of children due to the stairs.

  Early check-in before 02:00 PM is possible, provided that the loft is not booked.

  The deposit is refunded after cleaning on the day of check-out to the card. Cleaning is included in the booking price.
