Very friendly staff. Convenient location. Quiet and cozy. My dad and I had a great time staying here.

Location was perfect, near by all the attraction places, hotel surrounded by many restaurants, clean, information desk available 24/7
None.

Highly recommended, nice clean room, friendly staff, convenience shop a few doors away and easy stroll to Red Square.

Everything was great and the response was so nice from all the staff there 💓💓

Our favourite hotel in Moscow. So cosy. I could marry any of the sweet boys at reception or the restaurant. Best dinner we had in Moscow — salmon bowl.
Fireplace made it feel like home. Great gym.

Nice place good location close to the red square, friendly staff, clean rooms.

Classy, cosy, comfortable, charming, great location for my personal needs. Very clean rooms. The service personnel online seem always awake, alert, anytime, anyday, 24h/24h.

Location wins, vibe is great, but no elevator and faced some difficulties with AC.

Located on an old street in Moscow, everything is practically within walking distance—Red Square is a 15-minute walk away.

Good location, great breakfasts!
Wi-fi is terrible (a couple of times it was down).
The room is SUPER small.

“I stayed for 5 days and extended 3 more because of the comfort and great service. Thanks to Margarita and Safia at the reception for their kindness and professionalism.

Excellent location, staff helpful and decent room.
No lift, very challenging with luggage and kids.

Very great hotel in Central location with great and professional staff. They speak English well and helped me many times during my stay until check out.

There was a breakfast of 3 or 4 components. I chose only scrambled eggs and tea. I didn't take the pancakes. I asked that the eggs be fried on both sides — my request was taken into account.

The lady in the front desk is excellent. She went out of her way to make us comfortable even making calls for us to get SIM card & change in currency.

The hotel is located on the top floor of an office building in the very center of Myasnitskaya Street. At night life here is in full swing.

The room and location is stunning plus the staff is very helpful :)

Ultra-modern flat in the heart of Kitay-Gorod district, contactless entry and servicing, very handy proximity to shops and services — a great choice for short — to medium-stay business trips.

Internet does not work. I made complaint and requested a partial refund, and got nothing. That's a shame.

Clean room, convenient location, the room has a lot for convenience.
There is no water in the room, the cooler in the hall did not work, the air conditioner did not cool the room at all.

An orthopedic mattress and pillow. I needed three hours of sleep, and it was a blast. For the price, this is a very nice room.
Everything going on in the hotel can be heard very well.

Location.
Cleanliness.
Quick check-in.
Noisy plumbing.

This hotel is very conceptual and beautiful, with clean and well-maintained facilities :)

The hotel met all good expectations. Located in a quiet, cozy place about five minutes from the Taganskaya metro station. Very atmospheric, clean, stylish!

I am also Hotel industry. That’s why I check all of thinks. Great Hotel standards. Most of staff follow up them. The reception lady meet me first. She gave me all information about hotel. Perfect.

The hotel is perfect for all types of stay, short or long. I have stayed at this hotel when visiting Moscow for the last ten years and would not stay in any other.

Me and my 4 friends from india stayed in this hotel in dec 2024 and we had a very good time, located very near to red square it’s a walkable distance. Highly recommend.

The staff are very nice and helpful. Mr. Vlat (if I don’t spell wrong), he is very kind and good serviced staff. He served more than we expect.

The hotel leaves only a pleasant impression — the location is convenient, rooms are cleaned daily, there is always water, tea, coffee in the room. The staff is responsive and attentive.

We rested with my husband, the impressions were most pleasant. Stylish interior, convenient location. The bed is comfortable. The administrator was always friendly and helped with any questions.

I liked everything. The perfect hotel for a mini-trip with family. Very clean. Responsive administrators, always ready to meet you halfway.
Not far from the metro. You can easily walk there.

The room is a bit cramped, it’s unclear whether there’s a kitchen — it seems like there is one, but you can’t take anything from there yourself?

Staff was amazing and very helpful, provided proper documentation.
Internet was a little slow.

The only great thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else is just ok or kind of bad.
The staff were nice, too. The room service lady was nice and helpful.
The room was dirty.

The room is wonderful, the location of the bed is by the window in the Monte Carlo room. Actually we chose it because of the view.
The price is too high for a mediocre minibar.

Absolutely stunning views, room was good, quiet, cozy. Everything was fine.
Nothing bad in particular… Everything was good.

Checked in at 3am (flight delay)
Met, accommodated — everything quickly. The administrator is very willing.

Good hotel.
Quick booking.
Everything is good, we liked it.
Overall, I recommend staying here!
The only thing in the room was a bit cool for me. But it's different for everyone.

I like the place too much it is clean and close to everything the stuff very helpful and kind.

Very good location. Less than 10. Minuts walk from mayakofskaya metro station. Alot of restaurants and cafes walking distance.
As an arab we thought it is very important that it has bidet shower!

The location is excellent, the room is large, the renovations are a bit tired, but the price-quality ratio isn't too bad. The beds are comfortable.
There weren't enough hangers in the bathroom.

The staff is just wonderful, it was clean, located in an interesting, slightly historical place. Free coffee in the morning, breakfasts at a good price.

Everything was perfect. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk to the Kremlin.

I usually don't write reviews, but I will for this one. I stayed for two weeks in this wonderful hotel in December 2023.

You can come at any time.

The impressions from the room are excellent. Design, comfort, cleanliness — everything is at the highest level. The staff is friendly and attentive to every request. The hotel is a real find.
