Excellent hotel. First time here, but definitely not the last. The rooms are different, cozy and neat. The people are friendly. The price tag is quite good.

The rooms are designed in a certain style, which is very pleasing. And it’s so quiet, peaceful, clean, which is what was needed in Moscow!

We were at the hotel at the end of October 2024. We booked a room in advance directly with the administrator.
What I would like to note: the hotel is in a residential area of ​​the city, on the first floor of a residential building. Convenient access, if you try you can find free parking. We checked in at night, because we were traveling to Moscow from another region, the administrators were in touch and were waiting for us. The room was prepared perfectly. Everything is clean, neat, cozy. The room smells nice and is very warm. The hotel staff are wonderful, wonderful women, two Svetlanas 😊
It is worth noting that the metro and ground transport, market and shops are within walking distance. We are very pleased with our stay at the hotel and will recommend it to everyone who is going to Moscow! Many thanks and warm greetings from Krasnodar ♥️

The bed is comfortable, but the pillows are terrible, stuffed with some kind of lumps, making it impossible to sleep. After such pillows, my neck and head hurt. There is not a single shelf in the bathroom, there is nowhere to even put a toothbrush. There is not a single mirror in the room, only two in the bathroom. To look at yourself before going out, you need to go to the bathroom. For 4 days the room was never cleaned, only once the trash was taken out. Dusty in the room. Towels are not changed.

Poor cleaning, no maids, admins clean themselves. The door can be locked even during the day from the inside with a key, that is, the administrators go into the next entrance to their home, and the door is closed, you need to call and wait until it comes and opens it in order to go outside during the day.
They left me at 5 am in the cold, having agreed in advance that I would come late at night, warned me, the admin said ok, even left my personal number, in the end I returned to the hotel at night, both phones were switched off, work and her personal, the doors were closed, I was on in the cold at 4 am, no one got in touch until 10 am, I had to go somewhere, look for a place to spend the night, or rather another hotel, since all the hotels are far away, — 2, 000 by taxi, + 2, 000 taxi ride to the hotel + rent new room in another hotel. If they suddenly contact me) if the owners care, I have all the evidence.
The price is very high for such service and location.

An excellent hotel to relax with your loved one. My husband and I stayed in the Norway room. The room is very cozy, has everything you need, a refrigerator, kettle, and dishes, as well as a fireplace and a jacuzzi. Administrator Elena is ready to help with any questions. There are many shops and the metro nearby.

Horrible rooms smell from the carpet, cigarettes under the bed, dirty floors. It feels like the room is not being cleaned. Only clean bed linen.

The number does not match the description. I was put in a room like in the photo. When I entered the room, I had not yet had time to say anything, but the admin told me “if you are not happy with the room, then I can put you in another one for an additional fee. ”
There is no shower in the room, just a weird bathroom.

Convenient location, a few steps from the Rimskaya metro station, shops and food courts are available (the food court at the Rogozhsky market is excellent).
A very unusual room with a bathroom in the room, I chose it from the photo and it was exactly what I wanted. The room is small, but everything you need is there. Large bed, towels, you can borrow a robe from the administrator.

The room was clean, the welcome was good. The room is for one person only. There was soap, clean soft towels, hand cream, slippers, and bathrobes. Generally a good hotel.
The cockroach Gennady met me in the toilet. Of course, I wasn’t scared, but the meeting was not pleasant.
There is no refrigerator in the room!

Room "Morocco"
A comfortable bed on a raised bed, clean linen, everything in the bathroom, even aroma oil creates a pleasant mood.
Everything is clean, even the bathroom in the middle of the room (the style of the room) was clean, I checked it — it creaks, not even like that at home)
We were greeted kindly (we stayed for a day), a kettle, a microwave were offered, they opened the door to the hotel with cordiality at any time of the day.

The room was the smallest (called Morocco) in the shape of the letter "g". There is air conditioning, a soft double bed (mattress on a pedestal). There are strange decorative curls around the edges that are probably needed to get into trouble at night; there is a bedside lamp on the left side and there is no provision for the right. We pressed all the switches in the room but could not find how it turned on. There is also a telephone there. The room also has a bathtub, but in the middle of the room it is not convenient to wash, a table with 2 ottomans and a fire hose, if there is a fire you can put it out yourself. There is no refrigerator. Small toilet, sink, toilet, hairdryer, socket. The room was not tidy, dusty, and there was chewing gum on the phone. The area is a residential-industrial area, there is nothing to see there, except for the Museum of Moscow Transport located next door across the road. You can live in principle.
