I am delighted with the hotel and the staff. A small boutique hotel, clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is amazing and the prices for the hotel are reasonable.

Location and clean, safe room. Helpful hotel staff, in spite of not speaking English.
Lack of directon ;not enough sign outside of hotel to find it, since it is at the third floor of building.

I booked a room with two single beds, called and confirmed, but when I checked in, it turned out one of me had to sleep on a hard fold-out bed. It's a scam.

Excellent hotel! The price was great, it was more or less clean, there was a water cooler on the floor, it was quiet, and the view of the forest made for a great night's sleep after long walks.

The hotel is close to the metro, about 30 minutes from the city center. They accommodated my request for a high floor with a park view. To my surprise, it was generally quiet and peaceful.

A C grade is just a C grade. What is stated is what it is. It is clear that the hotel is not new, a little shabby, but clean and tidy. I liked the bed.

Wonderful hotel! Everything breathes history. I am a Muscovite, but I decided to celebrate the New Year in this hotel, because travel is difficult now, but I want impressions. And I'm very pleased.

It is located near the Krestyanskaya Zastava metro station. From there you can easily, conveniently and quickly get to any part of the city.

This is a wonderful hotel, intimate, cozy, and quiet. The location couldn't be better—about 300 meters from the Chistye Prudy metro station, and just a stone's throw from Pokrovka.
