The service was unacceptable bad. First they said they didn't accommodate foreigners and then there were problems with the payment.

*international guests, most are decent, no bums.

Ideal location, very center, cleanliness and polite staff. The metro is close, a 24-hour store is nearby. We lived in another hotel of the chain because due to technical problems there was no room.

Great location! The rooms are small, of course, but it’s quite ok to spend the night. Very comfortable bed!

Incredibly nice administrators, very caring. Tasty cheap breakfasts, a refrigerator with drinks at the administrator, you can buy at any time. Good room.

Overall it's not bad, but the rooms aren't very good, the renovations are a bit old, but you can spend the night.

Excellent hostel. I came here to improve my boxing skills. Everything is close by: the metro, shops, the gym. The admin, Dara, is wonderful; I wish every place was like her.

Every morning there's a thorough cleaning. The hostel is strictly maintained. Alcohol is prohibited. It's always quiet, so you can get a good night's sleep both day and night.
Other guests steal food.

The most affordable option in the city, yet has everything you need. The shared showers and toilets are cleaned several times a day, always perfect.

It is quite convenient to get there from the metro — I walked there in 10 minutes, there are several shops with everything you need nearby, a pharmacy is right next to the entrance, and the courtyard

Excellent budget hotel, in a quiet location, next to a very beautiful Catholic cathedral. We were there for the New Year holidays.

The location of the hotel is excellent, on a quiet street near the zoo. The room was small, but very clean and with everything you needed. The service is excellent. Friendly staff. Good breakfasts.

We are staying at the hotel for the second time, we like its location, the presence of a bathroom in the room, there is also a kettle and tea accessories, tea, sugar, mugs.

The location is just great. 5-7 minutes (if without suitcases). The room has everything (the main thing is to sleep and wash) a kettle, bed linen, toiletries, TV and air conditioning.

The breakfast is quite decent. Nothing fancy, but quite nutritious. So no one will go hungry.
Everything you need for a comfortable stay is in the room.

The staff is helpful, they'll help you with anything you need or provide it at reception. It's clean.

It was a suite, but the bathtub was moldy in the corners. The towels were yellow. The robes were washed out. There was no kettle, mugs, or anything else. Everything was behind the door in the hallway.

I liked the hotel; the room was clean and warm. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast at the hotel cafe; everything was delicious and the prices were reasonable.

The room was clean and had a window. I had to ask for slippers and toiletries. There are stores nearby.
The TV remote didn't work; the volume button didn't lower the volume.

The location is quite close metro and other tourists sightseeing, depends on your heavy luggage.
