You can request the documents necessary for a visa, the service is provided for an additional fee. Any additional fee will have to be paid even if the booking is subsequently cancelled, and all the agreements exist exclusively between you and the provider of the documents.
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.
For paid bookings, check-in is from 02:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For unpaid bookings, check-in is from 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM. If the guest plans to check in later than the specified time, guests are asked to contact the apartment representative. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation.
