Greenwood Hotel

The rooms are clean, comfortable soft beds with snow-white linen, spacious shower and bathroom. Excellent dining room with a large selection of delicious food. The choice may not be large compared to Turkish hotels, but everything is very tasty and homemade. The impression was spoiled by the huge number of Chinese in the dining room. Half of the Chinese are some kind of pensioners. Chinese comrades lined up in a long line in the morning at the canteen before it opened. The Chinese are great, but walking between them and choosing food is unpleasant. The seats were occupied by the Chinese, there was nowhere to sit. It is clear why there are many Chinese in the Greenwood Hotel; the hotel and business park were built and owned by the Chinese. Signs in Chinese, a long corridor, it felt like you were in a Chinese hotel in China, if several of the staff weren’t of European appearance. The nice Russian girl at the reception signed and stamped the travel document without any problems, for which a special thank you goes to her. The people in the fitness room are strangers, not hotel guests. Because of this, I no longer wanted to visit this Spa and fitness room (too many people). The advantages of the hotel are spacious rooms and delicious food, that’s probably all.

The food at the bar (the rolls are just terrible) is very average.
I bought a buffet, it’s also just some kind of canteen, I was surprised at such a meager quality of choice and taste. And the tables are all torn and cracked. It's not pleasant to eat like this. The hotel saves a lot on renovations.
At night, an unscheduled fire alarm goes off, and guests cannot get a good night's sleep. You fly out of your room under stress at 4 am.

The hotel is simply amazing. Everything is at the highest level, the location is not very convenient, there are no shops or cafes nearby. But everything is great at the hotel!

Luxurious hotel, owned by the Chinese. I’ve been living here for 2 days, undergoing training and classes in the Tent. Guesthouse: small selection, but tasty, even honey in honeycombs. There is a swimming pool, it seems like nothing (not wow, but quite), a large gym nearby. There is an advertisement in the hotel: a romantic getaway for two, probably yes, it makes sense to escape the city and relax. True, the Moscow Ring Road is noisy nearby) )

Disgusting attitude towards customers! A week before arrival, using a coupon, we bought a room in this hotel with certain living conditions (the coupon included, in addition to accommodation and meals, a spa (sauna, steam bath, hammam) On May 26, we called the hotel in advance and confirmed everything. But 2 hours before check-in, they called us back from hotel and were informed that the conditions had changed and the spa would not be provided! Although the accommodation with these conditions was paid for a week before arrival! Disgusting attitude towards customers, they did not offer an alternative, they told me to cancel the reservation and return the money for the coupon. Most likely, the room was resold for a more profitable one! offer!

Its very comfortable and peaceful place with spa and pool center, have sauna and gym. The breakfast is ok, restaurant is standard. You may find some spots around the hotel.

I took studio room, and it was great. Also, pool and spa zone was awesome. Dish prices are bit high taking with a room service, but it was expected. Room is clean and cozy. Next time I wish take spa and spend a weekend with a rest, would take it for sure.
