Poor customer service. Double room instead of twin allocated. Provided an extra ‘proper’ bed which turned out to be a camp stretcher and very uncomfortable.

Great location, comfy beds. Hotel is nice just needs a bit of maintenance.

Everythings ok, but we stays 3 nights but only one complimentary bottle minetal water. We book 11 rooms for 22 persons tour from Vietnam.

Good hotel. Very near to City centre (red square). Very warm and helping front desk.

The strange attitude of the male receptionists to the guests at first was very upsetting, then we were moved to one room, but it did not correspond to what we originally asked for (the beds did not shift), then moved to another room above class (thank you for that). Breakfasts were not impressed. Only the woman from the house-sharing :) liked it
You can only stop if there's nowhere else to go.

It's a good hotel. There are a couple of drawbacks — no rooms for smokers, bedside switches are not very convenient.

The 4 stars are a bit generous not bad but it is a 3 * breakfast very poor breakfast service very scarce poor foresight pity rooms cleanliness Well location very good would have to consider these shortcomings, rectify is wise.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is organized uncomfortable, but it's fixable, I think. And the gym would be-in general would be great!

Good housekeeping but very uneven customer service. No public spaces of significance. Heat in room was oppressive with no way to turn it off.

Very Cool. Price, quality, Location-just Great. Very central. Near the hotel is a pedestrian street right up to the Promenade. Shops, stops, Taxis-all at Hand. The staff is very friendly.

Good location, 2 minutes from local metro subway, 30 minutes walk to red square, nearby convenience store, standard rooms, good breakfast buffet.

Room was good but couldn't turn the heating down. Breakfast was what you would expect and the staff were helpful.

The restaurant is good quality.
However the reception at the front desk is distressing: we were made to wait 2 H 30 for our rooms by asking us for papers that never we had been in other Russian hotels! And when we picked up our passports, we had to take our feet and hands to get our property back. When hoteliers play the police, it does not go well …

Walking distance to the Kreml. Good cappuccino (not included in breakfast). Breakfast was good with freshly pressed carrot juice. Rooms are clean and OK but not very inviting. Bathroom is small.

Lovely spacious rooms and a very good location. Breakfast was good and we managed to get a table for 4 although the room always seemed hectic. Reception staff tried to help to get our registration documents from our cruise ship so we could check in but in the end it was numerous calls we made that got the matter resolved and we finally managed to check in after midnight. We had got to the at 10:40 in the morning!

Comfortable & Spacious Rooms. Nice location, it's very near to Moscow River and some really nice cafes and chapels within 150 mtrs, Well mannered hotel staff. Breakfast needs a lot of improvement in the options for food and service by the waiters at breakfast restaurant.

The 5 star are for the personnel! Always listening and careful of your needs and issues. This overcame the judgement of the hotel. The room are standard. But clean (again very good perdonnel). The lobby id a bit small as well as the restaurant. When there is a batch of tourist by bus is a mess to have breakfast. And to breakfast buffet I give just 6/10, no more.

Comfy room, good breakfast (breakfast room was hectic at the weekend), helpful staff, strange smell from air-con which was reported to staff). I will certainly use Radisson hotels including this one, again.

This was a nice and comfortable hotel, and you get what you pay for. I enjoyed my stay while I was here for a conference. The rooms are small and the bathroom's tiny, but the beds are comfortable and it has pretty much everything you need.

Too air through the broken windows. Very old place, but good food.
