I came in for a late check in. Front office staff offered to exchange money for me outside the hotel. It was snowing…! Free upgrade for me which was really nice. Location is very central.

Nice hotel, location is very good. Rooms are a little cold, you have to ask extra heat units.

Clean and fulfills your basic needs wonderfully. English speaking crew. Decent breakfast. Would stay again.

It's a beautiful hotel! Located 3 minutes walk from the Belarusian metro. Not big, but the rooms are standard at the same time, more than the usual standards. The breakfasts are good, the staff are friendly and polite.

Great stay, wine and berries on arrival. Friendly staff, has gym and sauna. Had evening meal and breakfast, both excellent meals. Lass in the gift store very friendly and knowledgeable. Couple of 100 metres from Metro station Belorusskaya, 40 minute walk straight down Tverskaya UL to Read Square.

Once even worked in this hotel and over the years nothing has changed — extremely quiet and cozy hotel next to the station and subway. I wouldn't be surprised if there are still different stars of the 80s, as it was about 8 years ago.
The hotel has a restaurant, lobby bar, gym and underground parking.

We visited this hotel the last week of April 2018. We had a team of 11 that arrived in the late afternoon of April 21, 2018. The front desk staff were incredible. Kind and patient with our needs for a group of 11 women. We then preceeded to the resturant to eat. The service and the meal were delicious. The next day we awoke to the same service during our breakfast meal and business with the front desk. The security in the hotel was excellent! We were met with kindness from every employee of the hotel. Did I mention that we were not sure we saw an employee working the front desk and or the resturant facilites that was older than 24 years of age. Ha, ha, ha Yet, their manners and attitudes were impeccable. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Rooms were very nice. Confernce room was great and snack breaks were more than we expected. Very nice facades from the side of the hotel, it is one of the places made in nice style of Moscow Renaissance. It looks nice and dandy as Metropol hotel old fashion.

The room is great, very comfortable bed (or rather two double beds, composed together) )

Rooms nice, clean, they sin slightly maintenance (the spray of my shower had problems), the TV receive various Italian channels. Very convenient to the Metro. Inside the hotel there is a machine for change or withdrawal (unaffordable Commission) across the street you find Exchange office in a basement that with advantageous commission. Buffet breakfast and cook in the room for preparing omelets at the moment.

A good place for a relaxing holiday. The room is clean and the restaurant is wonderful.

The hotel is conveniently located, the staff is helpful. Cons: Old renovation, very small kettle in the room, which is somewhat annoying. The room has no brushes for clothes and shoe blades. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Good service, I love the old fashioned rooms. However, the lobby, the bar and the restaurant are freezing cold in winter time.

My favourite Marriott property in Moscow so far. Excellent service and recognition for Marriott Rewards members starting from warm greetings to free upgrades and breakfast. Location is also very convenient.

Great position, lovely area but needs to be revamped. Young staff, some need some experience in hospitality but they try to do their best. Very good continental breakfasts, in a fascinating dining hall. The bar has oldish stile and needs to be revisited, to give it a fresh ambience.

The assortment is not very big, it is difficult to make a choice. As for fruit and vegetables, the quality is average. The workers of the hall are unfriendly.

The good: good rates, comfortable bed, good bathroom, good location, quiet. The not so good: in-room dining is below average.

Needs a serious renovation, not close to city center however rates are quite competitive. Air conditioning doesn't work for heating. Good breakfast with variety of alternatives.

Hotel reached out to me with my reservations well in advance, and helped me organize a large group trip to Moscow very well. Their service was impeccable, and I commend the staff greatly. Arrived earlier than the check in time, but the staff were very welcoming, and soon enough got us into upgraded rooms. Rooms were very spacious, with large televisions, beds, bathrooms, and living areas. Bathroom amenities were plentiful and of quality. Rooms seem to be showing their age, with peeling wallpaper and damaged furniture. Nothing major that would detract from my stay, however. Concierges were lovely, helped us to the fully extent to enjoy our stay. Hotel location is just a 20-30min walk to Red Square, and near many wonderful restaurants. My only concern with the hotel would be the dining. Lobby bar was comfortable and proper, however beer choices were limited. Breakfast was unfortunately underwhelming, with a variety, but not a wide selection. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Moscow. Great staff, great rooms, great location.

It's a great place! Rooms, spas, staff — by 5 degrees. The whole experience is spoiled only by disgusting breakfasts. Beautiful dishes, but completely unedicious, alas ( (Which day I try to understand how you can so talentlessly spoil good, delicious foods.

Hotel in the Orincipale Street of Mosta distant Crca 6 km from the Red Square with Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel. Great Italian and continental breakfast.

So everything old and zatertoe, in addition to baths.

Convenient location, nice food, business lounge, quiet atmosphere, very polite personnel and good service. Clean, specious rooms with special upscale style and warm design.

My wife and I spent 4 days in Moskau for a holiday trip. Nice hotel, especially the stuff deserves the highest marks. Breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and the overall service was excellent. The connection to the airport is good. The underground station. Belorusskaya is only 5 minutes away. Using line number 5 to Paveletskaya station, you have a connection to airport domodedovo via the aeroexpress Train (the train goes to the airport without any stopover).

At the time of my stays during 2013 and the first half of 2014, the hotel staff and General Manager were excellent! I believe most of the staff has since changed; and, the plumbing in the bathrooms was not the best (not surprising given the age of the building).

Very bad service. After waiting more than 30 minutes to get our key during check-in in a completely empty reception, the key didnt work and the room wasnt prepared (at 11pm). The recepcionist was not nice at all, and we could finally enter our room 45 min later.

I spent 5+5 days at this Hotel this year and I will stay for another 6 in Nov. It's not easy to find a decent place but this one most definitely is. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are nice and clean, and the location is just perfect. You can literally walk to the red square. Moscow Traffic is crazy, thus I really appreciate the metro station just next to the hotel (1 min walk! ). Beside that the hotel offers a decent transportation service with clean cars and friendly driver. I've also had personal contact to the manager of this hotel which showed me that they really take care of their customer. Looking forward to my upcoming stays in 2014.

I stayed at the Grand Marriott in between Aug 26 and 30th. Grandious Location, easy walk to the lovely scenery of the ancient Moscow. The Hotel itself in inline with the Marriott Standard, most of the staff was friendly. Somewhat disappointing was the front desk. Checking in Information was incomplete which led to a very uncomfortable situation at the 8th floor concierce restaurant. Next time I will consider an alternative.

Stayed here as part of my overall tour to moscow. The health club was nothing to write home about and whilst the rooms were fine I was happier with the bar which was staffed excellently. Bit expensive but a good place to ait by yourself and enjoy an evening drink. Good company always around in case you don't kind buying them one location seems good if you want to be in the center don't know otherwise so its a presumption.

Had a training there. Very well done. Lunch was amazing. Everything looks really good. Location is great.

Centrally located the hotel provides an easy access to the city landmarks such as Red Square and the Kremlin. Moreover the hotel is near the Belorusskaya Railway station which is favorably as the aeroexpress to Sheremetievo is just in 3-5 minutes by walk. Nice and cute hotel. Inspite that they dont have swimming pool you can us the Marriott Moscow Grand Hotel pool.
