Were in the restaurant at the wedding. They feed medium, and the specialty turned out to be a failure ( (

A nice hotel in the center of Moscow next to the Patriarch's Ponds. Very nice and cozy.

The hotel may not reach 4 stars, especially the lobby and corridors, but the location, next to the famous Patriarch's Ponds, makes up for everything! Gorgeous restaurants and bars around "bubbling" all night! Bulgakov Museum around the corner, Tverskaya, theaters, Red Square, all on foot. Of course there are hotels in the center and better, for example, the Ritz-Carlton! But you probably care about the price, don't you? Choose this one, do not regret and do not miss, that's for sure!

Good reception. Staff Cossu and impeccable cleanliness. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, varied and very good. Hotel recommended. Small flat: we do not speak French.

Very central, quiet place, clean. Not very cozy-dreary green walls and a picture with a depressed landscape over the bed. The mini-bar is closed on a key and open it only if at arrival to make a deposit.

For a wedding-norm. And the place is great. Do not spoil the guests:)

Very clean, warm. Spacious room. Towels, bathrobes, slippers-all in sufficient quantity. Very conveniently located-right in the center of the Hummer quarter. Very surprised at the reception desk regarding the mini-bar-whether we leave a deposit. Without deposit the mini-bar closes the key! And I can not plan for 3 days ahead, whether I need a mini-bar lift requires a key card. Not only on the rise, but also on the descent. But overall, very comfortable. Discreet and discreet service.

Big room with a nice bed. Free Wi-Fi everywhere. The breakfast is fine and the staff is friendly. The hotel is about 30 min. Walking from the Red Square.

My favorite part of Moscow. Peace and quiet are imbued with the spirit of the old city. The hotel is decent, the bed is comfortable. Pure on 5. The only request to the hotel management is to be more demanding in matters of personal hygiene of the staff (from the waiter serving the rooms, there was a sharp smell of unwashed body and worn clothes).

Great Location I always go there for position and quite atmosphere… little old furniture but the rest is ok and neighbour is superlative!

The hotel is not bad, but it does not hold up to 4 stars. From the pros: nice and caring staff, good location, historic building (the hotel was founded in the early 20th century as a hotel for English governess). The room was very clean and comfortable. Would you like me to do it next time? Most likely, yes, if it was convenient for the location.

It's all good. It was a corporate event. The food is decent, the atmosphere is quite good.

We couldn't regulate the heater and there were 2 options :to sleep in a sauna or to open a window and to freeze. The bed was too soft, it's super unhealthy for any back. The breakfast is for meat and dairy lovers, they don't even have low fat or soy milk. First day I could eat nice steamed vegetables but second day they fried the same dish in an omelet. The staff is OK except people from dining room.

I'm not sure about hotel rooms, but restaurant on the first floor seemed fine.

The mattress is too soft, it's uncomfortable to sleep. Rooms are too hot. The breakfast was very good.

Despite the made of the badge, these are not accepted for payment. Today, the payment on the map of AmEx was categorically not possible. What's the point of lying? Well, there's not enough talent to work with cards, so don't lie-tell the visitors honestly: only the NAL is paddling!

Good location, is located in the historic old town of Moscow; Wi-Fi well; in a very safe area, 20 minutes to walk from the Kremlin, fantasy Theatre Theatre, Metro station. Room very clean, impeccable, which has gorgeous lighting, comfortable beds, staff was very friendly and can speak English, morning coffee is delicious.

Stayed in this hotel. The service was quite pleased. Lived here a little over a week. Accommodation the price is quite acceptable. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, bright, the room has the CE you need for comfort and convenience. Room service here is just great. The staff is nice and good) the food here is tasty and varied. I'm happy with)

Excellent hotel. All staged. Rooms, service, staff-so not what I wanted. Very conveniently located. Recommend unequivocally.

Great location. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. However if your planning to work from here the internet is terrible and the hotel food is not great and expensive. Although, step outside and you can find some amazing restaurants and cafes.

Not bad … lighting in room could be brighter, breakfast could be better. But its easish to get to and 25 mins walk to the Red Square. Coming from Domedevedo airport, take the 308 coach for the 30 mins journey to the Metro line (100-200 Rubles, which will be a LOT cheaper than taxi man), then jump on the Green line and head to Teatreskaya station (Pushkin), it will take about 45 mins on the Metro. Hotel is comfy enough, quiet room apart from the odd Lambo or BMW M6 roar past. Quite leafy neighbourhood, nice small lake and trendy bars and places to eat nearby, feels very safe.
