Perfect location, short walking distance to Kremlin, Arbat street and other sights. Excellent breakfast and facilities.

It's all good. Of the disadvantages — in the shower there is no shelf for soap accessories, temporarily did not work elevator to the 7th floor (had to climb to the 5th and two floors on foot). The buffet-liked. The proximity of the center is also a good plus, all within walking distance.

Chincy Hotel in centre close to the metro in quiet back street. Good breakfast and cosy rooms with air con. Lifts and water on every floor.

It's a great hotel. It's funny that he's right in front of the Ghanaian embassy. The hotel itself looks very attractive. The staff are responsive, quite quickly comply with requests.

Of the cons I would like to highlight:

-The air in the corridors (it is insignificant, but I would like to breathe normally when passing into the room)

-on this alley passes the route for cleaning equipment, so at night I recommend to close the window.

That's basically it. Breakfast is absolutely ordinary. A huge plus is the location of the hotel. I advise, for tourists the very thing!

Not a bad location, but the staff is extremely unpleasant, hamit, said not KNOW!? When my room is vacated and I can be resettled. It's hard to turn around in a room together. Breakfast is better to sleep. For one night as an economy option will come down. Restaurant, which takes place breakfast in the daytime serves delicious food)

The walls are papery, located in the old house. Our room was clean and nice. View of the backyard is not a comilfo — pull the curtains. Breakfast and restaurant conquered. There were on New Year's Eve.

Great location. Easy 10 minute walk from metro. Rooms were very standard, no luxury things but you don't need that when you are out in the beautiful city of Moscow. I found the staff to be very friendly they even ordered me a pizza at 1:30am. Thanks for the pleasant stay.

Good location hotel which you access to Metro Train Station and Arbat Street… reception staff service is only acceptable but generally this hotel is worthy.

It's a great location. It's a great breakfast. The room still lacks shelves and hooks in the bath. What a plumbing mess. There were 3 different rooms at different times, the problem is the same everywhere (

Stayed four nights here and loved every minute. Excellent restaurant onsite, very reasonably priced.

This hotel is in a great location but service and rooms are defiantly not 3 start hotel. I give it a one start motel. Rooms small and flat like hospital beds, shower sink drains poor, the rooms look like from a bad 1970 hotel. Most importantly I don’t feel safe leaving anything in the room. Staff walk in even with Do Not Disturb sign hanging out side. While we took a walk we put sign up so we did not have to hide our stuff and they still came in. Good thing I tool my valuable with me to walk. Breakfast is okay but poor service. I highly suggest finding else place to stay.

Room small fridge made noise and as it is in your ears report quality price bad person little welcoming I would not even welcome no plan nothing to propose salt the location is good.

I did not like that there is no free drinking water in the room, the fridge was very buzzing, the shower was working. Irons are dirty, there is a danger to leave a trace on clothes.
The room was clean. The breakfast was Delicious. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom.

Good location. But the hotel has many problems. Stayed here twice. It is a compromise.

Small rooms, small bedroom, view to the garden, very old madrasses, pur breakfast. One only plus is close to arbat and in downtown.

The rooms are comfortable, the restaurant is cozy, there are two cats, apparently as a feature of the hotel. From the street the hotel is beautiful but there were after the snowfall, except that the hotel is nowhere cleaned. It's more of a claim to the Moscow series, but it wasn't very much to walk in the evening in the dark comfortably.

Nice hotel in quiet diplomatic quartal. Reasonable price. Clean rooms, friendly personal, good breakfast and just 10 minutes walk from Arbat.

Room on 4th floor was nice and clean, however, extremely noisy at nights due to roadworks and partying guests. Reception did nothing about the noisy guests. Breakfast was ok, the same everyday. The only advantage of this hotel is the location and the fairly good room rate.

Spacious and clean. Breakfast has variety to choose. There is a room closet and well maintained toilet. Is near the Arbat old street.

Good hotel in the center of the capital, prices above average, however it is justified, the price includes breakfast in the restaurant "BB", a large selection of dishes, a few varieties of cheese, sausages, bacon, ready meals for any choice, for meat and vegetarians. Daily towel change, shampoo, shower gel, shower cap, cotton sticks, soap. Chic interior of the hotel Hall, on the territory of the hotel there are two well-groomed pedigree kitties, very cute and affectionate, pleasing to the eye. The hotel is recommended. There is one minus, the window blows the smell of tobacco smoke from the street, but it is in the room above the central entrance to the hotel, there is a smoking area. Near the Red Square, the Kremlin, the Arbat, the Vakhtangov Theatre, the theatre at the Nikitsky Gate, the Theatre of Yermolova, the Pushkin Theatre and many other interesting places for cultural recreation and Rpzvlechenij.

The worst hotel. Why the four stars? Two tops. Dirty. Lying in bed, listen to everything that is said in the neighboring rooms, and at the same and mate cleaning. Leaving the room, screwed in a bunch of dirty linen-they scattered on the floor, apparently to softly walk was. The staff were very kind and the room was very clean.

The main advantage of the hotel is its location and decent breakfasts. The 4 stars indicated do not clearly correspond to the actual status of the hotel. Very bad soundproofing, be prepared for the fact that from the morning you will wake up the noise of the radios of the maids (yes, they communicate on them on speakerphone). Half a day on the floor lying scattered urn, it is apparently the case of two cats who live in the hotel (see photos). The condition of furniture also leaves much to be desired and very uncomfortable bathrooms-there is no threshold on a floor for a shower and water is spilled on all floor of a bathroom, really terrible decision from the point of view of comfort. If you unassuming and do not wake up with guns-it's a great choice.

Despite being quite central, nice lobby but really small rooms, we have been moved 2 times because the rooms we booked were not available, really poor breakfast wirh awful taste and quality for a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel in the center of the city, to Red Square 40 min. On foot, around the beautiful Trails. To the supreme Court-5 minutes, next to the new arbat, patriarch Ponds. Good Breakfast. The price was acceptable for the ROOM.

The worst hotel I have ever been around the WORLD. Thanks for a great week with punches and repairs about which is natural at the time of booking no one warned. Even on Sunday that the law of the Russian Federation is prohibited!
The rooms are tiny and small, the scoop is ready for all the Holes. I would not recommend this hotel to Anyone.
Oh yes forgot to tell separately about this magnificent shower, the head of the wonderful morning dew, wash is not real and the choice of the harsh either boiling water or ice waters, and even if you choose that of this through time to not be bored becomes either boiling, instead Icy or icy instead of boiling water.
The only Plus is a good restaurant and Breakfasts.

Great hotel in the heart of MOSCOW. We liked the Following:-polite staff;
— nice Clean rooms;
— raised guests;
— excellent service in the restaurant on the ground floor;
— bed linen and towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day.
We had a room on the seventh floor with panoramic glazing (seen in the photo). The room is just great (21 square meters) with a small working area on the balcony, TV and mini bar (prices for the contents of the mini bar are acceptable). But there is no kettle in the room (be careful! ).
Breakfast buffet was included in the room Rate. Every day the menu was repeated (sausages, bacon, amlet, scrambled eggs, porridge, vegetables and a little fruit, various slicing, juices/tea/coffee-to taste). The only thing that changed is the type of Porridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location of the hotel is very good, about 700-800 meters to the kremlin, to Arbat-meters 200, everywhere you can reach on Foot.
The main contingent of guests-foreigners, as there are many embassies of different countries.
In the hotel on the ground floor live two cats pedigree, which adds a little njashnosti, with them you can play and pat:)

Nice rooms and the service is friendly. The rooms are cleaned at any time if you wish. We always had a clean room and the mini bar was always refilled. Still, we never came back while someone was in the room.

The —: Average staff. Noisy hallway. Magnetic card problem. Shower closes badly. Elevator down during the stay. Curtains too small and ineffective. Average litter less. Noisy fridge. Sidewalks of the street. No safe in room while advised in Russia!

This hotel is a nice surprise. During renovation, it offers a pleasant setting, both cossu and warm. The room we occupied was very correct, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant welcomes you in a warm, unostentatious setting. The breakfast is gargantuan, and the kitchen is very good, glazed with Italian, but the local specialties are well represented (borscht, …). The staff knows how to be smiling, despite appearances.

Previous review from another traveller was quite negative. I have totally different experience, respectfully, someone might get really bad time even in the five-star hotels. I came to Moscow and stayed for three nights, another hotel. A/C wasn't working and we had to ask for a new room. The reception was moody, no smile at all. Then we went to St Petersburg, shower was terrible. The water pressure was very low and water was smell of iron … We then came back to Moscow for ballet and to fly back home. This hotel is amazing. Room is clean, shower and a/c are flawless. Stuffs are not amazing friendly but we learnt later that it's a traditional culture if Russian people so we don't take it personal. With 50£ — ish a night, I really recommend this hotel if you visit Moscow. I definitely stay here again and won't bother to find other hotel.

Visiting from the states and never have I had this experience with a hotel. I got a great booking deal, but I'll be paying extra money to stay anywhere else next time I come to Russia. Fellow tourists — beware. The reviews will say how good the food is in the restuarant and how convenient it is having breakfast included. However, the restaurant staff were a bunch of uptight snobs. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable, especially when my fiancé and I got up from drinking tea to get our breakfast only to turn around to a cleared table and our breakfast cards taken. No apology from the staff. The staff seemed a bit unorganized as they couldn't find my reservation. However, they were pretty flexible when it came to letting me check in to my room early. If I knew what I know now, I would have requested a room away from other guests (or not have stayed here at all! ). The walls are too thin and you can hear each other's conversations. People like to slam their doors in the middle of the night and be obnoxious. If you like being able to get a good nights sleep, don't stay here. The room and bathroom was spotless, but the shower isn't enclosed, so the entire bathroom floor gets wet. Very odd. Something else I found very strange was the lock on the door. It is one deadbolt without an extra chain lock so housekeeping walked in within two hours of my checking in. Talk about awkward.

The room smelled of dust and damp, the staff at the reception not far mind and doesn't even know the conditions of a late departure, do not decide the question, the only friendly staff — guard and maids.

The plans are undergoing restoration. 4 plan sucks.
