Quite a good place to rest and sleep.

That was the most disappointing experience I've ever had. The service at the reception was absolutely appalling. Two ladies at the desk pretended that they did not see me on my arrival. I was exhausted after almost the whole day of traveling from Cambridge. When I (sic) tried to greet them they refused to talk to me, saying that they were busy. I had to wait for another 30 minutes until one of them literally summoned me to the desk. No sign of apologies were expressed what so ever.
The room I was given had very Soviet-age and style facilities except two (sic) TVs! The carpet was very worn and dirty, covered with stains all over. The toilet and the shower were in two different places, the toilet seat was not of the size of the toilet, which made its usage of special fun. The curtain in the shower area was old, dirty and smelly, it was unpleasant even to touch it. The soap appeared only on the next day. For some reason I had two (sic) tiny beds standing separately instead of one decent-size one.
When I was trying to exchange the room, I was told that the renovated rooms were all occupied, however, my colleagues who were coming for the same event were arriving only on the next morning, and they were offered more liveable accommodation.
Sauna was out of order.
