Lots of pathos and punts, the bar prices are not very friendly service staff (embroidered but a bit arrogant). With this good view from the window, spacious rooms, a chic breakfast with champagne and a free pool with a small Finnish sauna in the changing room. Plus not far from the train stations, it is convenient to come at night.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent staff ever willing to help. We were impressed by the guest relationship desk which helped us in guiding and helping. The staff is very polite and courteous. Will spend my next visit at this hotel. Maybe can add some variety in the breakfast menu.

Stalin Empire, here it is worth to stop at least because of the building and interior interiors. The Rooms are different, the guest rooms are small in size, deluxe a bit more, the executive is great. Room Decoration is the same, the difference is only in the square. On The lower floor everywhere you hear the train, so it is better to be placed from 7 and above. Very helpful staff, at high loads were able to find the opportunity to move from a room on the lower floor to a room above. Breakfast is good, you can find food for every taste: fresh vegetables, bacon, scrambled eggs, homemade yogurts, fruit, cream cheese, salmon, butter fish, pancakes, Viennese waffles, a large selection of pastries.

A stylish hotel with helpful, friendly staff. Our room was large and comfortable. We did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. I've marked the hotel down as our room was noisy at night. The hotel is located on a busy junction and is close to a railway line.

A historic hotel that does show it's age, but with large comfortable rooms. The rooms are well appointed. The executive lounge for Honors members has small but nice dinner as well if you don't feel like going outside. The hotel staff is very friendly, willing to go the extra mile.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The reception did not leave my cousin and her husband for whom I had booked the room enter and because of this I paid two nights in the void and no one agrees to reimburse me.

Very unpleasant sediment left after visiting this hotel. The bottom line is that all my stuff in the room went missing. I do not know for what reason they were taken away during cleaning. Called the Administrator explained the situation. As a result, after 3 hours some of the things that came back to me, and the part was not found. The staff were very helpful and helpful. No apology followed. I do not advise anyone to this hotel. The prices are not sluggish, and the service is not.

Everything is acceptable, expect, of course, more. Room 1720 is large, there is both bathroom and shower, nice view. Sorry toiletries-they are not the level of the hotel, some cheap shampoo and air conditioner incomprehensible production. Went to the pool-enough to relax, but not so big, swam alone. There is a sauna not bad, again in the sun in the evening there was one. Breakfast is too big because of this too mediocre, the Mercure on Paveletskaya is much better.

The hotel is great. Not far from the Metro. The area of 3 stations. Service at the level. Breakfast Buffet: Everything is very tasty and fresh. There are even red fish. I recommend it to everyone.

A very nice and cozy hotel. Was here in January with my work, as part of a conference. Am almost sad I didn't get to spend more time at the hotel room, which was well furnished, very clean and with a lovely balcony.

Fairly typical Hilton close to the city centre — amazing wedding cake architecture, spacious and we'll appointed rooms, good staff and very close to the metro which is absolutely amazing. Dress warm and bring sensible shoes if you are here in the winter!

5 stars? I think this hotel can be rather rated with 3 stars. We have been visited a lot of Hilton hotels so far, this hotel was one of the worst. Most of the staff does not even speak English accurately. The street outside is very noisy so we could not sleep well. The food was ok. However, in the executive lounge the staff was rather unfriendly. Only the manager of the lounge performed accurately. During breakfast and lunch, kids grabbed into the food with bare hands. The staff did not do anything. In the lounge, beer was only available during 6-8 pm. Other Hilton lounges make it available if someone asks — here: denial. Worst thing: We were told to leave the room three times on our last day although we organized a late check out! So we had to sit in he hotel lobby for 1 hour. No excuses. I think we wont come back.

One of my favorite hotels! It doesn't look like a modern hotel! He has a story. The food is delicious. Very tasty desserts. The rooms are very comfortable, the staff are very helpful. If you stay there, ask for a tour of the hotel for you. Learn a lot of new and interesting things.

A very old, historic building with a very nice look. Close to the metro station. However, for the price an unwarranted staff and a miserable new Year's dinner. Sonat a very nice overall hotel.

Historic Hotel in Moscow, great location xvisitare, spacious rooms, rich buffet breakfast… what else to say, I recommend it without any problem.

Standard rooms are too small and do not meet 5 star requirements. Noise insulation in rooms too weak, street noise comes through. As a guest has practically no options at the reception when it comes to room choice.

It was my first stay in this historical beautiful hotel. Just lovely. You feel difference and kind service starting from hotel entrance. Check-in process was quite fast. I have been informed about all hotel facilities and services. Room was quite big and clean. Actually much bigger than most of hotel rooms in Moscow. A great city view. I was at 16th floor. I loved my stay here in this hotel and I will definitely stay here again.

How often have you lived in a house or hotel of interest in culture and architecture. Built just after World War II, the hotel was at that time a skyscraper, and now it dominates the area of three stations. Conveniently located in the center of the city, next to the subway, three railway stations, but unfortunately, not very convenient access by taxi or personal car. Ask for the highest floor — the windows offer a good view (we lived on the 13th). The hotel's very beautiful lobby — a huge bronze chandelier, bas-reliefs of ancient Russian generals — is all monumental and beautiful.
Unfortunately, there is a problem with the staff — the massive wooden front door fights you every time at the exit and entrance to the hotel, but security, bell-boy or maitre d' may not help you in this battle. Luggage from the car will not help you to pull, although maybe it was because of the snowfall on the day of our arrival and the staff was just impressed by the snowdrifts on the streets of Moscow. Fortunately, the front desk staff were much more responsive and welcoming. The room itself (we had the most usual — for only 70USD without breakfasts) is small, but quite comfortable. Toiletries and cosmetics were either, or we quickly delivered them. The bedding is great, the hotel passed our test for extra blankets and pillows and brought exactly the same quality.

Excellent location at the side of one of the Moscow train stations and on the main metro line-M1-: In 4 stops you are in Red Square. Very elegant environment at the height of the name. Gym and Wellness Center OK! Spacious and very comfortable rooms with TV, safe, minibar, kettle, alarm clock and many outlets. Perfect bathroom! Good breakfast with everything you want, sweet and salty.
Some negative notes: The staff, however kind, is not all up to a Hilton, many do not speak English and on several occasions have not solved any mishaps… so make do!

Very impressive hotel. Conveniently located. It feels like history. Grandiose hall. There's a lot to see. Delicious breakfast. The room has everything you need, but surprised by the absence, by default, toothbrush and razor set, you need to order separately, albeit for free. The windows went out into the yard and all night interfered with the sleep of some rattling air conditioner.

A beautiful building with very large and beautiful rooms, but food is nothing special. Especially before New Year's Eve dinner is not recommended, as it is nothing special for ~ 110 euro and you would get something better in the pizzeria for the price. So as stay for the night to arches, but on the day prefer to go somewhere to eat and look, as also, mitaußname the beautiful sauna, the spa area is also nothing.

Amazing stay as usual! Clean rooms, friendly staff willing to help. Delicious food and as for the view my God those 18 + floors are from another galaxy. If I would get a reply back to my requests of extending our check out for 4 hours later I would have been over the moon.

I am not at all happy with the TV in the room. I cannot hook up a gaming console to play video games because I am here for 2 months working. I was happier in a less opulent hotel for this fact. The hotel is like a palace, very fancy with a pool and spa. But I'd rather play my Xbox. The food is first class.

Great hotel with a very convenient location! Five minutes, and You're at three station Square. Well, and of course, the interiors deserve a separate Mention. Few places are so tastefully related to Decoration. The staff is polite, Professional. And the breakfasts here are just something! Would definitely return and recommend!

Honestly can say I have never slept so well in an hotel bed as I have here. Lovely lightweight duvet yet warm and cosy, firm mattress without being hard and solid feather pillows. Great city location too.

The rooms are so-so. The most important thing is that you forgot the new thing in the room. Called. They said they found it, put it down. Muryzhili then a few more days. Not found. So the suite is very very far away.

It is my first experience in Moscow and I do not know the standards of assessment of the accommodations anyway to be a 5 star has many deficiencies. Although the rooms are spacious the simplicity is imperative. Sometimes you have to ask for towels. The electronic keys do not work and so many small inefficiencies that lead to a 3 star rating.

Lovely Stalin-era skyscraper hotel with high quality rooms and helpful English-speaking staff (bar a few housekeeping people). Excellent buffet breakfast. Efficient concierge who seems to only take cash but will help you book guided tours, taxis and tickets to the Bolshoi theatre. There's an ATM in the hotel for foreign exchange from debit cards. The souvenir shop also has trinkets that are cheaper than the touristy areas in the city centre. There are four elevators serving the building with no stair access encouraged. You have to swipe your card in the elevator's card reader to reach higher floors. There's a hair salon in the basement. A clean swimming pool and jacuzzi too. The changing rooms are accompanied by saunas. Unfortunately, the pillows in the bedrooms are incredibly soft, but otherwise I'd recommend this hotel.

You definitely feel like you're in a five star hotel when you walk in to the Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya. The hotel looks grand, there is a concierge, swimming pool, sauna etc. Even though we had a pleasant stay at the hotel, I was a little bit disappointed by a few things. Our room had a nice view and was very spacious, but the room and especially the bathroom felt very dated (wood chipping off some furniture, wallpaper coming off, old dirty tiles in the shower). However, my biggest disappointment was with the service. You'd expect an excellent service in a 5 star hotel where they charge you $30 for a bottle of water. It was not the case, the staff wasn't rude per say, but they weren't very friendly and accommodating either. When we asked a concierge if he spoke English, it felt like he was almost insulted by our question… Then the sauna wasn't working and when we asked why not, the girl replied — well, someone turned it off then (I'm sorry but I don't really care and want you to blame other guests, just fix it and apologies). Then the hot tub wasn't working and again, no apology or solution, just an abrupt — there is no hot water. Seriously? By no means it's a bad hotel, I'd stay there again, especially if the price is good. But it would be so much better if — the rooms were updated, the staff learned how to speak English and were taught how to deal with customers better.

Location is good, but service is a bit lower quolity than it should be. Room was clean, but Wi-Fi is super slow, fridge was CLOSED with a key, probably for u not to take beverages, and key from the room doesn't work properly. And at the breakfast they couldn't arrange a cappuccino…

Being able to stay in a piece of Moscow's history itself is a privilege. And Hilton makes it possible at a price all in all not excessive.

With the advent of Hilton certainly changed for the better. Instead the station turned into a hotel, cloacal very respectable institution.

I stayed at this hotel on business for two weeks. When you get to the lobby with two luggage down the box, no one will come and help you in the lobby. Room was good, but the decline looks, nothing warm or something very special for the five-star hotel. Every time you want to go to the city or anywhere else can take a taxi, but is very expensive.

Always perfect service, placed in center, nothing to discuss.

Here and the history (the legendary Stalinist skyscraper with Stalin saved the Empire, not only outside but also inside in the lobby), and here noise-the dirt of the three stations, and new business centers nearby, and the Garden ring at the back and quiet streets of old Moscow, and a renovated neat and shining Myasnitskaya street with its many trendy cafes — near. So, if you stay here, you can feel and see all the faces of Moscow. Well, the hotel itself is standard for Hilton. With a large overpayment for the place and for the brand, with expensive breakfasts, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. But the lobby here uncomfortable. They are unable to write on the Stalinist Empire comfort and ease.

It is a good hotel in Moscow. It is one of the historical buildings in Moscow. The room is large and well-equiped. It is worth to stay here.

Stayed here during a recent business trip to Moscow. Located one of the old Seven Sister's buildings, here's a breakdown of my pros and cons: Pros: — Nice, comfortable, modern rooms — Grand lobby that keeps most of it's original decor — Nice executive lounge — Good fitness center and indoor pool — Reliable; fitting of the Hilton name — Excellent customer service. Especially at the Concierge desk! — Good Wi-Fi — Nice lobby bar (ask for Arty! ) Cons: — Location is debatable. You are very close to a main train and metro station, but otherwise there is nothing nearby. Everything requires a taxi/car or train/metro ride to get to. Not horrible, but if you don't like riding the metro, you will have to spend some $ to get around town Overall, this was the perfect hotel for my trip. Comfort and service at a very good price. I would probably stay here again, even though the only real means of getting around is the nearby metro or a cab/expensive car service. In general, no complaints. They do a great job here living up to the Hilton name.

We've had a wedding planned in Moscow on the day of arrival. Not only did the hotel staff provided us an early check-in (11am), but they've also surprised us a free upgrade to an Ambassador's suite! We couldn't thank them enough for a pleasant service they've provided. By far the best hotel we've ever stayed at.

С первого же взгляда, гостиница впечатлила своей величественностью. Монументальное здание Сталинской эпохи захватывает дух. На ресепшене встретили приветливые и общительные девушки, процесс заселения не занял много времени. Советую взять номер эксклюзив, в который входит бесплатный завтрак. К сожалению, бесплатный Wi-Fi только в лобби баре.

Nice Hotel to stay, specially for business purpose. In the city center. Close the metro station.

The building is simply fascinating — aristocratic in European style and renovated, with old-world charm — I fell in love from the first sight. It provides perfect facilities for magnificent weddings and anniversaries. The rooms are large, tastefully furnished and fully equipped. I loved the spa and even more the whirlpool after the freezing air in Moscow.

The hotel is very wonderful in appearance, as does "Stalinist Empire". I myself did not live in it, was "meeting" for work. The new owners have added luster to this hotel and it shone in new splendour. I think You will have the wonderful memories of this hotel, if your budget will certainly allow.
