Located near good places on the main ring road. Very near to Arbat street. Very nice and helpful staff, they are also fluent in English atleast everybody that we interacted with. The breakfast was very decent, though lesser options for. Vegetarians. The rooms were pretty clean and neat. The view from my room was very upscale with heritage buildings around.

Wonderful hotel, best one I've ever been at by far. Staff is very friendly and polite, and the rooms are spacious with great views. The hotel also has a great breakfast buffet and an outstanding restaurant. The restaurant also had two musicians stop by, and both performed really well. Would stop by again!

Good location, well fed, rude unfriendly staff — waiters are constantly rude, tea and coffee for the room, as well as drinking water. At the reception no one will smile at you — answer monosyllabically, to the back of. However, this is normal for Moscow. Booked from abroad. The hotel was not bad. In the center. The room is quite. The views are good from the windows. Prices for Moscow are slightly above average. The guests. They don't let strangers without a card. We have to go down every time to greet.

Hotel is on a very good location, rooms are moderately good (but lack of AC sockets at comfortable positions, like by the bed), but locked minibar? What the hell was that? Also, the interior is way too shiny, at least for my taste.

The hotel is very close to public transportation and many interesting sights. Gorky Park is a nice walk away in one direction (I've skating in the winter is such a cool experience), and Red Square/Kremlin/Saint Basil's Cathedral a pleasant walk in the other direction. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the heating is not too hot like in many Russian hotels. There is also a well-equipped gym at the hotel. I'd stay here again and recommend to anyone for great value and comfort.

Coming from St Petersburg where the Ekatarina was fabulous with spacious rooms while it is only a 4 star! The junior suites are small here and initially it was even smaller! Once the sofa bed opened there is no more room. The bathtub was badly washed. The electricity is inconvenient and especially not intuitive. For a 5 star I'm disappointed. The bar on the ground floor is quite cold, moreover it is very little frequented. Breakfast is good but nothing fancy. On the other hand it is ideally located, close to the Metro, the pedestrian street and a large shopping center.

The rooms are terrible: the renovation is old, all Obleevil, Obtrepnoe, in the room is very dark. The windows are dirty. In the corridors the feeling that was in the old Soviet hotel. To the restaurant to go meters 200 in the corridors. One plus-breakfasts are fine. And the view from the window is also beautiful.

Location Great rooms. Clean and comfortable. Trained staff, adequate management. Lovely restaurant, observation deck and summer café on the veranda. The view of Moscow is breathtaking!

Ideal for business travellers and tourists. The Arbat is just around the corner. And the Kremlin is also not far.

A hotel close enough to the center that can be connected on foot in 30 good minutes or by Metro where the resort is a few steps away. The rooms on the elevated floors have a wonderful view of the surrounding buildings. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The staff speaks English which is not the case everywhere. Beware however at breakfast not included and honereux.

Great old hotel in style and super team.

There's a nice restaurant on the top floor, serving great meals and for a good price. The view from there is amazing and a couple of gentlemen are playing very nice music in there. The hotel is rather old so many things don't really work. It was quite cold in the room, even after we asked to turn the heating a bit up. The staff didn't behave especially friendly, nor helpful. The breakfast was super expensive. Also there's no encrypted Wi-Fi, which was very disrupting for my business trip.

Nobles Hotel in a good location. Fantastic view of Moscow city from the junior suite on the 19th floor.

Staff are excellent, especially Anna and Larisa at the concierge. Room was ok, although air con didn't work and there was a strange smell from the bathroom. But overall well recommended. It's about 1.5 miles to Red Square so an easy walk.

The hotel is dated but has its own charm, the two restaurants very good and not too expensive, not to mention the view, breathtaking! Nice room with huge windows. Cleaning service worthy of a 5 star rating! Convenient location to take the metro and to easily move around the city.

The view from our room on the 10th floor. The hotel is great. The service is super! I liked everything except one. Breakfasts. We have not seen such a thing in any country. That waiters stood and every 5min approached and grabbed something from the table and not that from the table straight from under the nose you eat. He's just pulling a plate. You drink it once to blow a glass. What's it. Do not give to eat such impression type Let's get out of here faster. That's how we felt. Two times bitten from a plate already run to take away. I don't see what people eat. The Doeli are gone then and take off. You might think a crowd of people standing in line all the places are busy so type of customize that here's the close-up type let others eat. But there is no such thing. Huge restaurant tables 8 busy. Out of 30 for example. The waiter on the table. There are many of them. There is no business between the tables and grab anything from people who just sat down for breakfast. It just killed. There was no desire to eat more. In the room booked yes. It is necessary to wait 40min but nobody looks in a mouth and lacks at you from under a nose a plate. Sit down and eat as much as you want and twice as cheap as it goes!

Dine in the restaurant "Winter Garden" light, spacious, with a panamous view. The rooms are clean, fresh, comfortable, the windows are always cork.
The hotel has a sauna free of charge and massage (different prices). I went to the general: not really liked. The feeling that came to the back massage. Phyto barrel and after massage back: It was good but no longer wanted to go.

Elegant clean and refined.

Great place to stay during your tourism/business trip. Very good location, easy access to various shops/restaurants located around. Good service, comfortable numbers. Good view from windows during night with all the city lights around. The towels in bathroom are quite harsh and not pleasant to use, they are hard as a rock. Air conditioner is not the top choice, so not a big variation of temperature you can choose from. Windows are locked without handles, so if you want to open & close one you have to call service every single time. Prices in restaurant area are expensive, but that's pretty much around all the places in the inner circle of Moscow, so can't complain. Place for tourists and stuff. So overall, I would recommend this place, but I really would suggest bringing your own towels with you. They. Are. That. Bad.

The hotel is in a great location, the Metro is discreetly close. The room is always well clean and spacious and the view from the restaurant is breathtaking. The only thing that made me turn my nose, and for which I decided to give 4 stars, is the lack of availability of the staff at the reception, too opinionated, almost haughty. Other than that the hotel is valuable so I should go back to Moscow most likely to stay there again.

Excellent five-star hotel for little money. From the pros: Great location, nice and cozy rooms, quick preparation. Cons: the restaurant is rather weak.

The hotel is generally liked. Is though far from the city center, but close. Acceptable conditions. The staff is nice. The rooms all very well appointed.

I didn'tlike: We took room Junior Suite there were 2 beds but the hotel is old, the fridge barely worked sofa have lacked in room 2 paduchak and 1 blanket then as an exact and there is still bugs! And even the toilet door had a latch. Hotel 0 stars at home 5 times better! and we paid for 1 night 5 thousand.

If you have money, you must visit this hotel. A charming place, a stone's throw to the main attractions.
