This hotel has so much promise but it’s tired and dated. It needs a full renovation and management who care about it. There were some lovely staff but the food was outdated, they did not really understand how to treat wine and the rooms were laden with issues. The best part is the spa without a shadow of a doubt. Such a shame because with some love to this place could be absolutely breathtaking.

First of all, the location of the hotel attracted me, since I did not want to go far from Moscow. In general, the impressions after the rest are only positive. Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel: everyone is very polite, will help and answer any question. The restaurant is also on the five, everything was very tasty.
