This hotel has so much promise but it’s tired and dated. It needs a full renovation and management who care about it. There were some lovely staff but the food was outdated, they did not really understand how to treat wine and the rooms were laden with issues. The best part is the spa without a shadow of a doubt. Such a shame because with some love to this place could be absolutely breathtaking.
