The hotel is truly located in a wonderful location, from where you can walk to any popular attraction in Moscow.
The room is also quite cozy and stylish, but I can’t rate the hotel 5 points for some reasons.
We stayed for 5 days and during the entire period we never had changed the bed linen. They also didn’t understand the idea that “now the hotel doesn’t give more than one card per room” — it was mega inconvenient, since we lived in the room together with a young man and often had to stretch our legs on various matters.
Besides this, as already Previously, many noted in reviews that we did not like the behavior of the administrator (an adult woman, we don’t know her name) — they did not allow the young man to renew his room because the hotel was full (although there were a lot of rooms on the website), I had to go down and it turned out that everything was there.
Also, the room does not have dryers or a fan in the bathroom, which is why the towels were always wet and damp. And there was always a strange smell of dampness in the room.

The most favorite budget hotel in Moscow. Close to the metro, clean rooms, quite fresh. The staff is friendly, they always fulfill the client’s requests, they even brought me a new hair dryer. We will definitely come back again.

It is stated that check-in is from 14:00. We arrived at the hotel at 14:20, the room was not ready. They didn't call, didn't warn. The administrator suggested waiting 1.5-2 hours until the maids cleaned all the floors and finally got to our room on the 1st) ) ) It’s funny, of course. I had to explain to her that this is not done and how it should be done. As a result, we checked in after 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the administrator, but she was the only one who left a negative impression: she didn’t say hello, didn’t try to solve the problems with the delay in check-in, and further misled us about taking breakfast with us — in general, complete incompetence. Otherwise we can say that everything is great! Oh yes, the second chair in the room is missing; although in general there probably wouldn’t be much where to put it, but we lived together, we really didn’t have enough of a chair. And one more thing: it would be nice to make a more detailed description of what is in the room; It’s not clear what to take with you / what not to take.

The location of the hotel was very good, you could easily go everywhere. Frankly, the rooms were very small, there was no room for us to fit our luggage. The rooms were clean. The little girl at the reception was very helpful. But the other woman at the reception was the rudest receptionist I have ever seen in my life. She was going to fight with us just because we knocked on the door.

Convenient location, easy to find. Close to the metro. Next to the circus. Nearby there are cafes, shops, a supermarket.
The room has everything you need. Hygiene products (shampoo, gel, hair brush, hair paste), towels, slippers, kettle, tea, conditioner.
Everything was clean.
The administrators are polite and responsive.

— there was a smell of pancakes in the room from 7 am.
— the rain shower head worked in Niagara Falls mode.
— instead of a queen size bed, two were pushed together single bed (to justify the hotel, they stated that they do not guarantee this option)

In general, spending the night and moving on in the morning is a good option. For 600 rubles, a three-course breakfast.

Beautiful, historical center. There is a ground transport stop nearby, a few minutes from the metro, all attractions are within walking distance. The staff are open, nice people. There were noisy neighbors above us, the administration tactfully asked them to be quieter and the noise from the neighbors did not bother us anymore. Breakfasts are delicious and filling. Clean, towels and toiletries are changed regularly.

Excellent rooms, everything is clean. Standard rooms are very compact, but there is enough space for what you need. New finishes, excellent shower with great pressure. Location in the center, many establishments and restaurants, 7-10 minutes walk to the metro. At the reception they explain everything and help with any questions that arise. I recommend it and will return with pleasure.

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night, two adults and a child. We found the hotel quickly, 5-10 minutes walk from the metro. Location in a quiet side street. The hotel shows that it has recently been renovated. The girls at the reception were friendly and checked in very quickly and ahead of schedule. The room is clean, all bedding is new. The bed is comfortable, the extra bed for the child is also quite good. We were satisfied. I recommend.

Minimalistic clean room, convenient location.
1. It blows very strongly from the window. During the night at the hotel I got sick.

As in previous reviews, I note that it blows through the windows. But at — 7 and without wind it was not critical for us.

The hotel is located very close to the city center. Within walking distance are the wonderful food courts "Depot" and "Central Market", where you can try all the cuisines of the world. Well, all the main attractions of Moscow, of course. The staff is responsive and polite. Purely. Breakfast is hearty.
Terrible audibility in rooms on the first floor. It is clear that three rooms were made by installing partitions in the pre-existing premises of the old house, but… Dear hoteliers, when doing redevelopment, please think about your guests. Plasterboard walls are not an option at all. You can hear every word from your neighbors, door slams and the phone ringing at the reception. The room is small, for one person, not for two for sure. The price for such a room is clearly overpriced.

The staff was very helpful and nice. They were ready to help us with all our requests. The receptionists are very professional.

Very nice and cozy hotel in the center. The location is great as it is situated in a very calm street but close to many restaurants.
Very clean, tier je and linens are super clean. I adore so high ceilings.
