The room was VERY cold. An elongated room (attic), a large window, the radiators were barely warm. When we checked in, there were 2 heaters in the room, one oil heater (it turned out to be non-working, and the administrator immediately took it away) and a small fan-type heater. I asked for a working oil heater as a replacement, but the response was a refusal, motivated by the lack of a spare one.
I spent several hours in the room and, to be honest, I was numb. The fan was loud and powerful enough to heat a small area of ​​the room. I asked the administrator again for some assistance, but did not receive any real help. They said that a fan was enough for everyone. I was afraid to leave it overnight, it was too unreliable and, in my opinion, a fire hazard.
By the way, I appreciated the mobility of this fan, because in order to take a bath, I moved it in the evening and in the morning to the shower, heated up the little room, and was able to somehow wash myself in the warmth. The hot water also ran out very quickly; I washed my hair in almost cool water.
I am disappointed in such an inhospitable, inhospitable, unwarm welcome.

A disgusting place that makes you want to go to the bathhouse.
1. The batteries do not work at all, and judging by the reviews, this is not the first year! January, — 21! Apparently, in order to save money, they are not even going to connect them. There are small heat blowers in the rooms, but they cannot cope with the cold, they only consume oxygen.
2. Very dirty carpet in the room. It emits an unpleasant smell of musty dirt and dust. The room is generally dirty, there are old stains on the chairs and walls. Shower curtain WITH MOLD.
3. Ice shower room. Warm water lasts for 15 minutes.
4. The pillows are disgusting, old, crumpled, with hard lumps of holofiber. Is it really possible that a hotel that charges from 4 or even 5k per night cannot purchase new, proper quality pillows? Just a disgrace.
5.24/7 there is a very loud hum either from the ventilation or from the refrigerators, but you can hear it even with earplugs. It’s as if a car is standing nearby and warming up with the engine running.
If convenience and coziness are important to you, then you will not find it here; a sleepless night is guaranteed. This hotel doesn't even deserve one.

The staff walks around the rooms in dirty street shoes. Right in front of me, an employee came in to check the batteries in my street shoes, trampled them, and in response to my comments that we were walking barefoot here, they said that they didn’t care. The hotel is located in the roof of the building, so the rooms are very small and low, I had to move around the room bent in half, the height of the room is 1.5 meters. There is no hot water, it is heated by a boiler, but it is not enough to wash. The room is very cold, the radiators don't work and the heaters don't work. The shower is very dirty and disgusting.

Walking distance from the metro, good place for walking.
1) despite the good location, the hotel itself is located on the third floor (think of it as an attic), on the first and second there is a chain supermarket and a cafe; 2) long check-in time at the hotel reception; 3) the room is very small, also because… the hotel is located in the attic — it is not very comfortable for tall people (there is a possibility of hitting your head on the sloping ceiling) ; 4) there is no air conditioning, there is only a small window on the ceiling; 5) the bathroom is not clean enough — hair from previous visitors remained in the shower (since we had to spend the night, we didn’t use the shower) ; 6) there are towels in the bathroom, bathrobes can be rented for a small fee; 7) there is a shared refrigerator, microwave, dishes, tea in the hallway; there is a kettle in the room; 8) general impression — I don’t recommend a boutique hotel; for the same price it’s better to rent a standard room in a chain hotel.

Wonderful mini-hotel, clean, no foreign odors. The mattress is very comfortable. The linen and towels are snow-white, the soap and all the toiletries are all super, updated every day. There is a kettle in the room, tea and coffee for general use. The receptionist was a very nice, polite young man who told us everything. We arrived in the morning and before check-in you can use the luggage storage service, which is very convenient. There is a laundry service. The hotel is on the third attic floor, for very tall people there may be some inconvenience. And I removed one star for beds on wheels. Apparently, for the convenience of making two separate beds from one common room (this is also a plus, by the way, hotels do not always offer two beds), you need to come up with wheels with some kind of stopper. The hotel is excellent, the location is super. I recommend!

Today I got into an interesting story with a manicurist at the Lighthouse. They accepted me with a delay of 7 minutes. I showed the master a broken nail, to which she began to ask me if I knew that they had "nothing", they said only to saw "for meat". While we were debating, she said she didn't want to work with me and just took me to the receptionist. This is all the day before the birthday and before the holidays, when you wait for a manicure for 2 weeks and it is impossible to sign up for another salon. That's right, I just didn't pass face control to the master.

I had a manicure and eyebrow record. I was on my way to the center. When I sat down at the chair I was informed that the shell did not do. I said, let's do it.
