There is no remote from the air conditioner and two days have passed, and the question is not resolved. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean.

Quite ok. The heat was from AC, the breakfast was poor, but it worths for money!

The bathroom was very small. Slippery steps. But the hall is cozy.

The only plus proximity to the center! All.

Just disgusting, for such conditions at all to take money. Toilet rooms in the adjoining rooms with 100% audible in the room, the conditions of living are far from ideal. Not recommend.

The only plus is the location in the center of Moscow. I liked the availability of a free luggage storage. Convenient for those with a plane in the evening. Izinusov: Kitchen Not much, saw a cockroach, no towel for feet (from the shower go straight to the bare tile) and did not work the remote from the TV.

Generally a good hotel, bar very good, reception great and rooms spacious clean and comfortable.

I like hotel because is very clean and comfortable, location is very good close to city center. Staff is very helpfull and kind. Everything was good. I can visit Ermitage with big pleasure again.

I stayed for a bit over a week. On par with a Motel 6. Rooms are dated, mattresses are thin and old, very poorly maintained facility. Our shower leaked the entire stay, no one care to fix it. Light bulbs broke in the bathroom on their own showering glass everywhere. They were able to come clean it up at 11pm but took an hour. Over the week they never replaced the bulb. Positives were the size of the room, internet worked OK, and morning breakfasts were not bad. Location might be a plus, The meto was about a 5 min walk.

The hotel Ermitage is located in a quiet side street in the neighborhood Kitai Gorod in Moscow. It is about 10 minutes walk to red square. The hotel has newly renovated rooms and is actually too expensive from the room price like all hotels in Moscow. In the hotel, however, there is a restaurant and a bar with reasonable prices.
