  A deposit of 3,000 ₽ per stay will be required by bank transfer upon arrival to cover any potential damages.

  The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

  Pets are allowed only upon prior approval from the property manager. Not all types of pets are accepted. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

  Children are welcome. Guests under 18 years of age may stay only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with documents confirming the relationship.

  Early check-in and late check-out are available upon prior arrangement, subject to availability, and for an additional fee.

  A final cleaning fee applies:

  ₽ 1000 for stays of up to 2 nights;

  ₽ 1500 for stays of 3 nights or more.

  Parties are not allowed. Pets without prior approval are not permitted.

  Smoking is prohibited, including electronic cigarettes, hookahs, vapes, and other smoking devices.

  A personal manager is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

  For bookings of 2 guests, the rate includes 1 set of bed linen and 2 sets of towels.

  Guests are required to observe quiet hours and comply with the building's house rules.

  Seasonal hot water shutdowns are carried out according to the schedule of the local utility provider. Guests can check the current schedule using publicly available sources.
