Hostel Podmoskov'e

The hotel is generally ok.
There was a buffet one day, then a la carte, and supposedly there weren't many people there. The coffee from the machine was cold. The restaurant is on the other side of the building. The girl at reception (very young) didn't explain it initially and didn't even know what time it was open for breakfast. That's odd.
The breakfasts themselves are ok.

The location is superb – the best restaurants are nearby. Public transportation is nearby. Car rental is also nearby. Everything is great!

We stayed with a group of children and loved everything! On the ground floor, there's a spacious kitchen and a recreation room with table football, a library, and board games. Organized groups require parental consent; the hostel provides a special form.

The location is good: bus 244e runs from the airport; it's a 15-minute walk from the stop, or you can take public transportation to the "Zoopark" stop. The zoo itself is across the street from the hostel. Tram and bus stops are nearby, as is a Gourmet Spar store. The hostel is spacious and has a kitchen with microwaves, refrigerators, water coolers, and dishes. There's also a lounge with sofas and a large library. Two towels, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided in the room. The room is clean, and the bed linens are fresh. Wi-Fi worked well. There's a luggage storage room. Nearby are Canteen No. 1, the large Europa Shopping Center, VTB Bank, and a large recreation park. Many attractions are within walking distance.
I stayed in a 4-bed female dorm: I would have liked the shared electric ceiling light in the room to be able to be divided, rather than having to be turned on all at once with a single button.

I was pleasantly surprised by the bathroom in the shared female dorm. I was also very pleased with the low price for the comfortable accommodations.

I had a hard time finding the hostel because it's in the same building as a hotel, which was undergoing renovations (I panicked). I called reception, and they gave me directions.
The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and the staff is polite. Towels were changed every other day, and bed linens every three days. There's a very cozy lounge area with a library.
The internet is slow and doesn't work everywhere.

The mattresses were comfortable, and the sleep was pleasant. The furniture was also nice. Towels were changed every four days.
The water drained very, very slowly in the bathroom sink, which made it constantly dirty. Cleaning was done daily.

Convenient location. Wonderful room for 4. I was with just one girl almost all the time. There are amenities right in the room. The internet works great; I work remotely, so I could sit in the room and work without interruption. Comfortable mattresses and a soft blanket, just like home.
Towels were changed frequently. Very pleasant staff. Reception, security, and maids. Everyone was very friendly.
It was very noisy; we left the window open overnight, so I needed earplugs in the morning. Some dark stains appeared in the bathroom. They changed the towels and cleaned the bathroom, but for some reason they didn't clean it. I had to shower in flip-flops. There was also an incident with one of the hostel guests: she accidentally took a mug from the kitchen, and it turned out it was hers. This woman spilled my tea and yelled at me. Very strange behavior.

Comfortable bed. Close to bus stops. Main attractions are easily accessible. The room is clean and beautifully designed, with sofas, an armchair, and a table in the hallway. The room is carpeted. The kitchen has dishes, furniture, a refrigerator, and microwaves. There's no stove, and we didn't need one. There's a water cooler on each floor. There are several cafes nearby for grabbing a bite. There's a very nice zoo and park nearby—all in one.
The view from the window wasn't great. The facade was being renovated. It's now beautiful. This is temporary and won't last long—it's just a renovation. It's almost finished.

The location is very convenient. Between many attractions. Therefore, you can go on an excursion around the region in the morning, and in the evening walk in turns in different directions. There is a grocery store nearby. There are many cafes around. Parks nearby (I was generally pleased with this in Kaliningrad). The rooms are not small. It is not clear at all why a hostel. A bathroom in each room, shampoo, soap, brushes are provided, a hairdryer can be taken at the reception absolutely free for the entire stay. There is no refrigerator, but we did not need it. The buffet is poor in assortment and the same dishes day after day. Plum jam is an acquired taste. The omelet was also yesterday's, with chapped edges (if you dig around and get it from the bottom, you will find a fresh piece). Of the fruits, orange, apple (sour), grapefruit. There is espresso, Americano, I personally missed cappuccino (there is milk, but coffee with milk is not the same). The pastries are the same all 3 days: 2 items made of rather dry, hard puff pastry and the cake is also dry. Bottom line: everything is clean, neat, cozy, you can eat your fill, but there are some comments (above).

It was not difficult for me to find a hotel in Kaliningrad, there was already a city zoo, the Baltika stadium, a drama theater in this area, not far from the Northern railway station, in general the location is very good, pleasantly surprised, they go to a meeting if there is an early breakfast, leave luggage if there is a late flight. There wasn’t enough time to visit the rest room, the library, in such an organic style or something. A room with 4 beds, but at that moment the reservation was for two, we saw each other on the last day — evening, without annoying each other at all. I will recommend you if necessary.
Everything was convenient, it worked, there was light, Wi-Fi worked.

The meeting was radiant, the check-in took place before the appointed time, for which thank you very much.
A small nuance, I booked a room with a larger area than was provided, but this turned out to be not significant, I was mainly at the hotel only in the evening.

Comfortable room, everything is clean, toilet bed, the bathroom has disposable sachets with shower gel and shampoo, soap.
The windows of the room overlooked the roadway, you could hear absolutely everything despite the closed windows. We waited 1.5 hours for check-in! For now they will form a group of 40 people. Iron is paid!

The hostel is almost in the city center, in the building of the Moscow Hotel. Nearby is a public transport stop and a zoo. You can get to anywhere in the city without any problems. Some attractions are within walking distance.
Ikea bed, comfortable, clean linens. Room cleaning every day. The only thing is that there is no hairdryer.
The room and hotel are kept clean.
The staff was polite, we had an evening flight, and it was possible to leave luggage after check-out.

Great hostel! Great location, nice staff, clean, beautiful! The design is a separate star (very thoughtful and cozy). For this price you can't imagine anything better. There is always shampoo and gel, cleaned every day. Equipped kitchen. There is even an extensive library. Breakfast can be ordered. I recommend it with all my heart.
Breakfast is like in a sanatorium) nutritious and dietary. Served in a nearby cafe. It was possible to order lunch and dinner, but we did not try.

The rooms and common areas are very clean. Stylish fresh renovation. The kitchen has everything you need: dishes, cutlery, microwaves. Polite staff. Ideal location — quiet, but at the same time within walking distance of many attractions and public transport.
The room does not have air conditioning, but you can open the windows for ventilation.
The hostel does not have an elevator; getting to the upper floors can be difficult for older people.
