It's ok nothing special about this place. Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Lots of parking space. Our room was VERY clean and tidy. Comfy bed. But old furniture and, I think, this place needs to be renovated. Great location and the doors are open 24/7.

Fine! Old, huge hotel. What I liked: excellent location — close to a lot of restaurants, shops, the central square; huge, internal parking; good breakfast buffet; polite staff. What's so-so: the economy rooms are already tired, the wallpaper on the walls is peeling, the carpet is terribly dirty and smells! Old man smell! I thought it was the old carpet that smelled like that… but I walked up the stairs to the parking lot and it smelled the same! ) ) ) In short, on the third day we were already laughing at this smell of historical cabbage soup. And I had a corner room, a very nice bathroom with a window. Overall the hotel is good.

I consider it lucky that the room was almost a corner and there was a service room on one side. It turns out the neighbors didn’t bother me. There was noise on the street too, apparently we were lucky with the location of the room. Yes, there was no air conditioning, it was hot in the room, but I walked around all day and survived the night with the windows open tolerably. I stayed for 3 days, then left for Svetlogorsk. Normal number. Polite staff. Very clean! Breakfast is 440 rubles and there is quite a lot to choose from, if you don’t think that there should be “all inclusive or fish paradise”. So for those who are not picky, the rest can find a hotel option according to their needs, but the price will be correspondingly higher. I don’t need a kettle in the room, for those who really need there is a cooler with cold and hot water on the floor. The hairdryer in the room is very decent and has enough power for styling. The location of the hotel is convenient. I liked my stay, I will definitely use this option next time, because the price/quality matches.

From time to time I wanted to rate it a solid three, but objectively the hotel is not bad with nuances. We booked another one, but then we saw this hotel and rebooked to it. I’ll say right away that the price-quality ratio is appropriate, plus the location! Very good.
Now about the nuances.
Thank you for checking in earlier than check-in, we thought we’d just drop our suitcase and go for a walk, but we checked in right away at about 10 o’clock.
Breakfast cost an additional 440 rubles per person. Breakfast is ok, but don't expect variety, sausages and scrambled eggs. There is a coffee machine.
Now about the minuses. I didn’t look right away, there is no air conditioning in the room, it’s very stuffy and hot, they rescued us with the windows open, and here is the charm of an open window. There was a Ugli restaurant below us, and all the hoods and constant buzzing were in our room. If we could still get used to this, then taking out the garbage at 7 am seemed like hell, it was impossible to sleep any longer, while the conversations of the security guard and staff under the window felt as if they were in our room, they should be quieter) ) if anything, the number was 204, it’s better not to take it.
There is not a single outlet in the bathroom, who cares.

The hotel is good. In the center. Conveniently located. You can walk to the main iconic places. The breakfasts are excellent, for every taste. The hotel is quiet, the staff is neither visible nor heard. But the rooms are always clean, clean towels, linen changed. Liked.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The room is spacious, large bathroom and, unlike many hotels, there is a bathtub, not a shower. The room was clean and comfortable, cleaned every day. The hotel itself is in the city center. The downside is that there is no air conditioning or refrigerator. You can see a spot in the photo above, but it's just a shadow.

Located in the very center, Zoo stop. Hence the pros and cons — if the windows are not facing the courtyard, it can be noisy. If you are with children, then within walking distance there is a park with attractions and places for a walk, and the Puppet Theater is also located there. There are 3 catering points nearby, one of them is budget. The hotel itself is in need of updating, but thanks to the diligence of the staff, it looks clean. Breakfast is decent and varied, the staff is great. Dinner is prepared only for groups, lunch — for at least 2 people, but must be ordered a day in advance. Overall, modest but dignified.
