We were in this hotel a few days ago, everything is decent, clean rooms, everything in the room works, cleaning every day, buffet food, high quality, we were satisfied with the trip.

I recently visited the Berlin hotel with my family and were very pleased!
Nice and attentive staff, the most delicious cuisine, both for adults and children! The Koenigsberg bugs are especially delicious, I recommend them to everyone! We will definitely come back again!

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Kaliningrad. We didn’t choose or book anything ourselves; our tour operator did it for us.
Our check-in went quickly and we went to our rooms. We got a room on the fourth floor. To say that he is small is to say nothing at all. He's just tiny! Never before have we seen such small rooms. He is so small that to get to the bed he had to move his chair to the side. The windows of the room overlooked the road and you could constantly hear cars passing by the hotel. I was pleased to have bottles of drinking water, a kettle, instant coffee and tea bags. A trifle, as they say, but nice. The bathroom is also not big. Instead of a bathtub, there is a shower with a curtain. Hygiene supplies include small round soap, shower gel and shampoo. The set of towels was carefully hung on a special shelf. All plumbing worked properly. There were no interruptions in water supply. I was very pleased to have a hairdryer. The room, like the rest of the hotel, is very clean! Special thanks to the maids!
The hotel interior is designed in blue and white colors. On the walls throughout the hotel there are photographs of Kaliningrad from different eras. In the hall, near the elevators, there is a reading area with cozy sofas and shelves with books. Near the reception there is a cozy seating area with an antique piano and a bar.

“We rested” in this hotel from 19.08 to 23.08, that’s a strong word. We booked a junior suite a month in advance and my husband and I were looking forward to this trip, since my daughter and I were in this hotel in the same room two years ago (there was a photo of the room when booking) and we really liked it, I decided to invite my husband to spend time in a pleasant environment and with wonderful walks around a beautiful city, but… We were given a small room, about 10 meters, a bed opposite the door, a sofa under the TV, it’s not clear how to watch it, one attic window, the heat is unbearable, a lot of mosquitoes, no air conditioning, there is a fan, but he doesn't save. We didn’t sleep for more than one night, this is after long trips with excursions and moving to other suburbs, noise from the street and mosquitoes, the rest was ruined. There is no photo of this room on the hotel website, but for those who want to relax in the dark, cramped and not offended, then room 504. As for the service, there are no complaints, perfume and towels were changed regularly, but for some reason on the last evening they came to an unmade bed, but We are not pretentious people, we removed it ourselves. It's a pity that we wasted money and time; next time we'll choose a different hotel.

Great location, 10-15 minutes walk from the bus and train stations in Kaliningrad. Abundant delicious breakfast (mashed potatoes, rice, sausages, sausages, herring, eggs, pies, cookies, omelet, apples, tea, coffee, fruit juice). They even offered sparkling wine!
The room is small in size, but everything is there: a comfortable bed, a table, a wardrobe, a mini-fridge, a kettle with tea accessories, a pen. Perfectly clean bathroom.
The staff is friendly. After check-out, you can ask to leave your suitcases for free until your bus/train.

The location is "in the middle of noisy streets. " The room is tiny. Everything in the room has been lived in. Dirty, shabby. Bed linen with holes. The staff is arrogant and unresponsive. Bathrobe — for a fee. Is this really a 3 star "hotel"? Disgusting hotel.

Breakfast was great, clean and excellent location.
Wi-Fi was slow.

I stayed at the Berlin Hotel a couple of days ago. I liked it very much, I recommend it. Polite staff, nice girls at the reception, they helped, they told us everything, they suggested everything. The room is clean and comfortable. The impressions are only pleasant. Good location in the city, transport at hand. Thank you!

We returned from this hotel today. 4 people 2 rooms. The rooms have a strong smell of fish and there is no air conditioning. Opening the windows at night is noisy (there is a trolleybus depot behind the hotel, the alarm screams all night). Service is zero: cleaning is only to make the bed — glasses are not washed and there is no wet cleaning. The staff is arrogant and refuses to help. Breakfast for three, the omelet is delicious, but the ham, for example, is not fresh.

The hotel amazes with its quality. Very clean, everything is in good condition (including the shower: everything works flawlessly, the water pressure is good, it heats up quickly). Breakfast is a work of art, there is absolutely everything for every taste, the staff is attentive and fast. The rooms have tea, kettle, refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. The location is very close on foot from the bus station and train station. Thank you, you do your job so well. We managed to relax in one night.

Breakfasts are only from 7am, sorry those who have to leave earlier, no breakfast for you. Single rooms have widows to a really noisy street, opening windows would make one feel like trying to fall asleep right in the middle of a highway. Closing windows probably means suffocating as it becomes impossible to breath inside. Good luck for those staying here.

Liked everything. Polite staff, clean rooms, beautiful interior in the corridors and restaurant, excellent breakfast every day (buffet with a wide range). There is a public transport stop nearby. The bus station and railway station are nearby on foot. I would happily live there again and recommend it to everyone! Many thanks to all the hotel staff for their hospitality and quality of services!
I find it difficult to answer. I can't find any negative points. Except the view from the window of the tram and trolleybus park. But it didn't bother us.

I only took breakfast at the restaurant. The assortment is decent, everything tastes 5+, well done!
I recommend staying at this hotel!
