There is a large parking lot near the house (remote control from the gate on request). There is a Playground in the next yard, and right in front of the house there is a grocery store with a large parking lot. For the convenience of guests, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: two comfortable folding sofas 140-150 cm and a folding armchair-bed, underfloor heating, a cozy loggia for evening gatherings. Bottled water, tea and coffee are provided.
