Air Conditioner Kettle Slippers

This is Qusto second cottage (duplex 40 sq. m. m + terrace of 25 sq. m. m) on the shore of Sinyavinsky Lake in Yantarny, Kaliningrad region, located in close proximity to the beach and the diving center "Demersus". The cottage turned out to be as bright, cozy and spacious in layout as the first barnhouse, but with a slightly different finish. The slats, painted white, are arranged vertically and converge at the ridge of the roof, which further emphasizes the air space of the house. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with household appliances (microwave oven, kettle, toaster, induction double-burner stove, full refrigerator with freezer), a dining area for four guests and a TV with SmartTV. In the guest area there is a folding guest sofa (200 x 150 cm) in the color of a dusty rose, a coffee table, a floor lamp. A geometric chandelier with 8 lamps fits well into the interior. There is also a super-quiet inverter-type air conditioner, underfloor heating, blackout roller blinds on the panoramic windows. There is a table with chairs on the terrace. Sewerage - central, water - from the well, hot water from the boiler. Downstairs there is a bathroom: a large shower cabin with a conventional and rain shower, a toilet with an installation, an unusual-shaped mirror with a floating backlight, a heated towel rail, a wireless manual vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. Hair dryer, iron, ironing and drying boards, shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, liquid soap, dishwashing detergent, toilet paper, a set of hotel-quality towels (density 500 g/m), crocs, outdoor blankets, skewers, a basket and a set of reusable plastic dishes and glasses for the street and much more - their use is included in the price. On the second tier, where a comfortable wooden staircase leads, there is a view bedroom with a double bed (200x160 cm), a premium orthopedic mattress and 100% cotton bedding. There is a rack with storage boxes, as well as an attic window. Wi-Fi is included in the price. The cottage can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests (four on the available seats and 1 on a cot on request).

It is located on an area of 0.3 hectares in close proximity to the equipped beach and the diving center "Demersus". In the cottage on the ground floor: kitchen-living room, sauna, shower room (2 rain showers with thermostat), bathroom. On the second floor: a separate bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed with panoramic views, an armchair and a pouf; a room with two separate beds 90x200 cm; bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances - a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a toaster, an induction two-burner stove, a full-fledged refrigerator with a freezer, a 6.5-liter thermopot, a dining table and chairs for six guests. Within walking distance of the cafe-restaurant "Pearl" and the equipped beach of the Amber (Sinyavinsky) lake. The best beaches of the Baltic Sea with the Blue Flag in Amber are just 11 minutes on foot.

Cottage of 40 sq. m (with a terrace of 25 sq. m. m) barnhouse style is located in Yantarny, 50 meters from the beach of Sinyavinsky (Amber) Lake and 1.5 km from the Baltic Sea. The cottage was designed by a well-known Kaliningrad architect taking into account the relief and specific features of the site. The open layout creates a sense of spaciousness, and double-light glazing fills the house with natural light. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, kettle, toaster, induction double-burner stove, full refrigerator with freezer), a dining area for four guests and a TV with SmartTV. In the guest area there is a folding sofa (190 x 140 cm), a coffee table. There is also an inverter-type air conditioner, underfloor heating and blackout roller blinds. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with a large shower cabin with a rain shower, a suspended toilet, a mirror with floating lighting, a heated towel rail and a washing machine.
