Comfortable, one-room studio apartment, on the 3rd floor of a 3-storey brick house, three hundred meters from the center. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. After each client, a general cleaning is carried out with the replacement of bedding, for long stays, cleaning is carried out every week or as needed by agreement with the guests. There are two folding double sofas in the room. There is always hot water, a new, modern gas boiler is installed in the apartment.
