➜ The base is good, the room is clean, cozy, cool. But, there is always a but: for 5 days the breakfast menu was the same. We wanted to ride a quad bike, then were broken, then there was no gasoline. And overall, the experience is great! There is a desire to rest again! We advise everyone!
➜ Gorgeous suburbs, good staff. There is parking on site. Cozy houses, good kitchen.

Normal rooms, clean and warm. Breakfast is usual, but hearty (omelets, pancakes, casseroles, always to them go sandwiches with sausage). There's all sorts of entertainment on site. A couple of times there were interruptions with hot water — constantly drives people on quad bikes and places a children's camp, which creates a noise (not for lovers of quiet rest in the evenings). I didn't like the condition of the playground. At the time of our stay (mid-June 2018) it was lying on some papers, sharp stones (personally removed them from the sand) and strange broken wood.
