Everything is new, the room is spacious, clean, the staff is polite. The breakfast was good.

Very polite and unobtrusive staff. Cleanliness, comfort for a reasonable fee. The location is gorgeous. Boulevard fabulously beautiful this time of year when everything blooms from bushes of acacia to chestnuts — super. Breakfast is decent in the restaurant.
