Hotel Wels is an ideal starting base for exploring the region and going on motor boat tours into the Delta or on bird-watching tours. It serves local specialities prepared from natural products. You can also dine on the terrace, which overlooks the Delta. Location and service is amazing. Not cheap but that's a good thing as it keeps away hunters for deals. It became the place where I'll definitely return whenever in Bucharest.
➜ Wonderful, quiet place, ideal for relaxing. Very tidy, clean rooms with a spacious balcony. However, minor deficiencies in eating cannot diminish the overall impression.
