The rooms are very dirty and old. Renovations and repairs are undone for years. They only care about the income.
I had the pleasure to have spent 5 weeks staying at the Hotel Cindrel in Paltinis. Throughout my stay the service was excellent and I was made to feel comfortable in every aspect, from getting my morning coffee to having a nights sleep in the exceptional rooms. The hotel itself is clean and has all the amenities you would need. I especially enjoyed relaxing in the sauna. The surroundings in Paltinis are ideal with nature all around you, you can't help but feel relaxed. The s…taff are friendly and very helpful, doing whatever they need to make sure you feel at home. I'd like to highlight the incredible hotel Manager, Catalin who made every effort he could to keep us happy and Aliene who was very accomodating to our needs. If you're on the fence about staying here, go for it, you won't be disappointed! And to all the staff, see you soon, it was a pleasure.
