Reviews of Hotel Sugas 3*
Asked for plain white boiled rice and nothing else (because I am on a very strict diet) and repeated the request to be sure it got through. I got a confirmation and 20 minutes later a plate of rice with carrot along with the remark that “nobody will cook you rice on the spot”. Very disappointed.

Mellettünk lévő asztalnál a vendégek késtek 10 percet a vacsoráról, (csoportos kirándulás) s nem ahhoz az asztalhoz ültek ahova volt víz kitéve, ezért az egyik pincér már felháborodott és bunkóskodott, majd amikor szénsavmentes vizet kértek kiabált velük, hogy hát az nincs benne a menüben, s majd fizetniük kell, mindezt olyan stílusban, ahogy soha nem képzeltem volna el pincért vendéggel beszélni. (Lecs*szte őket, majd kiakadt, hogy mért nem jó nekik a szénsavas, pedig nem volt problémájuk a fizetéssel). Ezt a pincért leszámítva mindenki kedves és segítőkész volt, gyorsan megkaptuk a szobákat, melyek kifogásolhatatlan állapotban voltak. A vacsora és a reggeli is finom és bőséges volt, csak sajnos a reggelinél a kávé és a gyümölcslé ihatatlan volt.
