Very best and very great place! And very lovely place!

Breakfast only until 10.30. And not flexible people. I did not succeed serving the breakfast, even if I wanted to pay whatever they want.
I am an artist, not a morning person, I get up after 11.00 because I go to sleep at 4 AM.
So… I had to go in the city to eat. 30 min driving because the hotel is far from the downtown.
Sorry. I don’t like limited people and brands, with a lot of regulations and fixed idead, which are not oriented to all kind of clients.
Like an artist, for example.

Very nice hotel with a fantastic view of the city … in my opinion is a good 4 star and not 5 star.

Stayed for 2 nights, enjoyed every minute. A great experience!

Joined 3 private parties there and everything was very nice. Yesterday’s Revelion 2019 convinced me that everything there is way better than just very nice. It was perfect. I do appreciate everything you do for your clients. Great atmosphere and music! I will surely be back soon☺️

A wonderful place! The staff is very professional, great pool area and rooms. The breakfast is fantastically tasty. This is the place to stay in Cluj-Napoca!

Been there for a conference. Everything was as it was supposed to be. Huge clean room, perfect services, great swimming pool. Everything you can ask from a hotel :)

Cute place, a bit cheesy though. Big spacious and clean rooms with beautiful view. Good food at the restaurant, great customer service.

The hotel is in an Italian style. Amazing cuisine, again Italian. Excellent staff. A Memorable stay.

Very pleasant atmosphere as a conference hotel. Huge rooms are also enough for workshops with many participants. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Food is very tasty and sumptuous.

Only tried the coffee area, which is large, quiet and well designed.

I was at the hotel for a conference but stayed elsewhere. The hotel itself was beautiful and the facilities were great. The food provided by the hotel for the conference was excellent.

After taking part in a conference that was held here, I can say that I left with a good opinion on this place. The cleanliness and unique look and vibe really stand out from the very moment you enter the complex. The imposing building is to remember, including both the interior and exterior. The staff is friendly and professional, the service has been flawless for me and the whole "stay" was a success. The only problem, if you can call it that, is the position related to the city center. The hotel is more than a few miles away from the city's landmarks. On the bright side, the area is really quiet and safe and there are numerous ways to get to the points of interest in as little time as possible.

Rooms and staff were very good. Breakfast options quite simple but not too bad.

Very good if you have a car, dezastruos If You have to reach the hotel by foot.

Massage only for one Person possible but sorry 5 Star Hotel. In the Programm the have a 4 Hand massage but why is than only one massage with one masseur possible?
The Hotel get from me 5 stars when it is a 3 star Hotel but for 5 stars it will get only 2 stars because the normal standart is missing.

Very good place. Beautiful, massive rooms, interesting view outside and a very elegant restaurant. Also with a swimming pool integrated, during the summer. Don't forget your manners!

Good food and service. Excellent for conference events. Didn't check in for accomodation, so I can't rate that.

Great place, modern rooms, good food, parking lot needs a better organization, I got blocked from another regulary parked car.

We can not comment on the hotel rooms themselves as we only attended their restaurant on New Year's Eve. With much regret, we did not expect to have such issues at a 5-star hotel, but then again, appearances are not always what they seem to be. Having prepared the reservation well in advance, booked flight tickets, plans with friends and so on… it's New Year's Eve one time a year so thought we would treat ourselves; all seemed OK until the evening started and we took our places at the table. This is when we noticed with real disappointment that management does not apply the same rules to all their customers apparently. Having a business ourselves, we know how important it is to treat customers in the same manner, regardless of how little or how much they spend with you (or who they are for that matter). Receiving anything but this from a 5-star location brought back memories as to why we moved away from this country in the first place. The problem? Well, it seems there's no problem with smoking within the restaurant here, despite having "no smoking" signs. But wait, how can someone smoke if they have a "no smoking" sign? Well, in this situation, it was enough to instruct the floor manager that he (the individual smoking) will not stop smoking, because (and I quote) he mentioned the following: "do you know who I am? do you know who you are coming up against?

Good. Kitschy architecture, but, good rooms… Btw 4 stars only because, for like cigarettes or even like juice, during the night you must walk 1.3 km. Same during the day… There is no shops nearby. Buy stuff before you step inside.

5 star hotel that needs an improvement in the furniture of the rooms. Something far from the center. The menu of the restaurant very limited, pretends to be Italian cuisine but lacks a lot. For example, risotto is never made with long grain rice.

Acorresponding 5 star house. Large rooms and extra-large bathrooms.

Very nice staff at the reception, clean room, comfy bed, great bathroom. Lights, window blinds, interior as well as exterior ones (from the ceiling window on the last floor) as well as opening or closing the window are controlled as easy as pushing a button throught the smart home system.

Big and shiny. Ok for big events, good service, good food, average beverages.

The biggest and cleanest hotel in Cluj IMO. Very nice atmosphere. Food is above average, kitchen is sometimes slow or very slow.

Beautiful and clean lobby is very welcoming. The rooms are very clean and elegant. Food and drink is also of great quality (recommend the octopus carpaccio). Nice large pool and amazing veranda.

Good hotel, good service, good location.

With a huge opulent/elegant reception hall GHI it is the biggest hotel in Cluj Napoca. It looks luxurious, the food is great at the restaurant, the staff it's nice. I guess when the gardens will be ready, green and bloomed the outside area will be happier. To me, the place is a bit anost and a bit tacky.

High class establishment with a great cabaret club at the ground floor. Come prepared with cash as their pos may or may not work. It's very expensive but you get to be treated like a king.
