Good location. Clean and nice hotel, like the Hilton hotels from the US.

A great place to stay at, beautiful rooms and delicious food. The employees are very good professionals and they make your stay as pleasant as possible. The location is a plus, as well. You are at walking distance from the old center.

The staff is very friendly. But absolutely everything is fine.

Not bad but lacks a restaurant to eat in the hotel and the average breakfast then too tight on the road too much traffic at over 50 km/h which makes it weird for a city centre. No dressing shoes or dressing gown provided. Correct but could do better for the price of the room. The setting is not beautiful, the peisage through the window sad.

Nicest hotel that I've stayed in. Even from the Hilton family of hotels, this one is my favorite due to very nice people that they have there.

Very nice hotel, with swimming pool on the 6th floor and beautiful views. The only shortcoming was to get into the Welness area we had to pass through the lobby because there are two complexes. Breakfast very extensive. Approeding staff. Central location within walking distance of the park.

Good hotel with nice rooms but horribly equipped gym. No free weights to speak of. No free benches, no ohp. A single leg press that goes only to 120kg and a multi chest and lay pull down. Oh and abductors as if anyone uses those. Stay for the rooms not for the gym.

A single lift that serves 6 floors with at least 10 rooms per floor I think little the rooms are very spacious and spacious and the hotel is located in very quiet place and close to the center to allow beautiful walks two TVs and a nice glass window a few outlets Electric and no close to the bed very comfortable bathroom with beautiful shower cubicle good and very rich the breakfast much improved the bar that before was in the smoking room definitely a very nice hotel but with a few straps.

At Hilton's expectations at any level. Wide and clean lobby, professional personnel, room wide and clean. The room looked almost ready for refurbishment, which is the main down point. Breakfast very well done, with quality, courtesy and choice. I didn't go to the spa and pool. Just a bit higher price than expected.

Good bed and comfortable pillows, plenty of plugs, quiet, good food in the breakfast restaurant. Glues: The water comes out of the shower, has more pressure than drain speed, and the carpets at the bottom of the bed skate on the floor because it has no slip on the base. There is a Parking "inside" of the hotel unguarded and open, but also free. All in all good accommodation.

Not the finest wall art, squeeke elevators, not smelly. The fifth floor meeting room's carpet is a bit gray but it's soft enough. The chairs too.

I was there for an event. The place has nothing special. As far as the menu, absolutely dissapointing and overpriced "vegetarian" dish.

A nice place generally speaking, friendly staff that speaks many languages, located in the heart of the city, clean rooms, swimming pool, good parking options given the hotel has its own parking lots. The Wi-Fi is a bit weak, and the cable TV channel selection is downright disappointing, both in quality and quantity. Also a bit expensive to bring your pet with you (125 euro for the whole stay), but at least it's possible, just make sure you mention it when you make the reservation. So mostly a positive experience, wouldn't recommend it as first choice if looking for hotels in the city, but would nevertheless recommend it wholeheartedly.

Price vs performance is not that good, seen way better hotels in romania … the gym is very bad, they have the usual problems with sanitary.

Good location in Cluj. Billed as 4 star but really just a good 3 star. Nice room, service could be better.

The environment is well cared for, although there are aspects that suffer from the years of seniority, such as the rooms and the bathroom.
